They are open seven days a week. I suppose since its Vegas they try to accommodate the population dedicated to the hospitality & gambling industry in a city that is open 24 hours a day. The therapist work very hard and do their best but I think sometimes they are over-worked. I would like to see more goals on paper than on a day-by-day/week by week basis and more "homework" assigned to meet measurable goals. But I think due to a massive revolving door of clients it creates an overload for the already over-worked staff (my opinion only). And I only say this because some of our therapist tend to forget certain requests or worksheets. The policies here are terrible. If you're sick the day of your appointment and can't make it you are charged $10 or you must bring in a doctor's note. Ridiculous. They have lots of reserved parking in front of the building and a very friendly accommodating staff which unfortunately has to hear the complaints due to their unaccommodating policies.

He goes above and beyond in communication from planning ahead, to following up, and to even last minute changes. The written evaluation indicated that a home plan had been developed when, in fact, it hadn't. They avoided my questions regarding activities during sessions. I could hear my child crying during sessions but the staff was not able to tell me what activities they cried during; even when the staff brought my teary eyed child to me they didn't know why they were crying. We found a provider that is able to meet my child's specific needs and communicate with me.

Once a week they come to the house and once a week we take the kids there. The staff is just incredible. They take a personal interest in our boys and the boys really look forward to going there. For example, my boys are obsessed with superheros, so once a month, Clubhouse has a Superhero Day just for them where all the students (and even the staff) wear superhero costumes. Whatever it takes to make learning fun. My boys had speech and motor skill delays and it is so exciting to see the progress. We celebrate every milestone. I love and admire the Clubhouse staff. Honestly, I wish I found them sooner. Kiddos age out of the program at age 3 and mine turns 3 in January. Anywho, Mark, Ayanna, and Myra have been a blessing. They're kind, patient, observant, and offer great advice. Because we were accepted into a program, they came to our house regularly but their office was very nice as we had to go there once for his initial assessment. It was very clean and inviting to families. If you're coming through the NV Early Intervention program, I highly recommend doing the assessment in office vs online. It's just my opinion but I feel like they get a better first assessment of your kiddo that way. Side note, they aren't limited to the program, you can walk in as a new patient and I think they take most insurances. (Don't quote me on that.) Mark was our speech therapist and today was our last session. Shortly after leaving my kiddo was crying for him to come back. That broke my heart but speaks volumes for how well he works with kiddos. Mark was always happy to answer questions and give thoughtful feedback during every session. I saw lots of progress from the time we started up until now. Ayanna is our developmental specialist and her advice and direction is worth its weight in gold. Lines of communication were always open and she even attended my kiddos meeting with CCSD to advocate for his eligibility in the Child Find program. She even got my kiddo into an 8 week play group at UNLV TWICE which really helped his interactions with other kids his age, adults that aren't family, and sharing. Myra was our occupational therapist. She was assigned just a couple months ago to help with eating concerns with my kiddo. I wish we had more time with her because this issue definitely needs more time and work. We got lots of great advice to move forward though. I'll definitely miss these folks. Their staff are some of the most caring, knowledgeable, and dedicated professionals and therapists you will find. We received speech, occupational, and physical therapy services, in addition to working with a developmental specialist. They are very professional and reliable. We felt so supported and literally did not have a single complaint through out the several years we worked with them. Both of our children that received services through TMG made huge strides and met all of their goals. We grew to love each and every therapist and specialist that worked with our child. A friend recommended this place, so we checked it out -- and we're so grateful we did. The space is quaint, bright, peaceful, and very child-friendly. The small waiting area has great activities to keep kids calm and entertained. We met with Hession for the evaluation, and with his parents' consent (their schedules are crazy, so we stepped in), my grandson, who is usually extremely shy and hesitant in new settings, started to warm up surprisingly fast. He explored the room, showed curiosity, and even initiated communication. Hession truly has a natural gift with children -- her approach works, especially with reluctant little ones. Fast-forward almost 6 months, and the progress is undeniable. Our grandson now forms 3-4 word sentences, shows interest in reading, counting, and simple word games -- activities he once avoided completely. His parents take him once a week, and we take him another day. We feel optimistic that, in time, he'll be ready to thrive in a regular classroom setting.
