While there I was doing a code blue and the nurses were telling my husband I wasn't going to make and to let me go. A doctor came out and said they got me back A doctor came in to do a brain scan. He asked my husband am I going to get paid for this. are you kidding me? Is that your priority? They she a teach but did it wrong. I had to be transferred out because no one there could fix it. When I told my ENT doctor he says I must be wrong because they eliminated their surgical team. My husband said they did it in the room. Nice. You performed a surgical procedure in a hospital room. I will never go there or recommend this place to anyone. And to the nurses who said I was going to die, show some compassion to family members. I am very much alive. No thanks to you

I was referred to Clubhouse by our foster care case worker. We have had our two boys (3 & 5 yo) in…read moretheir program twice a week for at least a year now. Once a week they come to the house and once a week we take the kids there. The staff is just incredible. They take a personal interest in our boys and the boys really look forward to going there. For example, my boys are obsessed with superheros, so once a month, Clubhouse has a Superhero Day just for them where all the students (and even the staff) wear superhero costumes. Whatever it takes to make learning fun. My boys had speech and motor skill delays and it is so exciting to see the progress. We celebrate every milestone. I love and admire the Clubhouse staff. Thanks for everything that you have done (and have yet to do) for my boys.

The written evaluation indicated that a home plan had been developed when, in fact, it hadn't. They avoided my questions regarding activities during sessions. I could hear my child crying during sessions but the staff was not able to tell me what activities they cried during; even when the staff brought my teary eyed child to me they didn't know why they were crying. We found a provider that is able to meet my child's specific needs and communicate with me.

Then I spoke with Anna at Let's Talk, and she encouraged me to give the Let's Talk Southwest location a chance. I was hesitant, but her words and character truly made me feel like she believed in the therapists there and genuinely cared. I decided to bring my little one in, and from the very beginning, Anna and Erica at the front desk were so kind, welcoming, and sweet. We then began therapy with Ms. Lindsey, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her. Ms. Lindsey has worked diligently to truly learn and understand my son. She does not treat him in a cookie-cutter way. She acknowledges his individuality, uniqueness, and specific needs. She pays close attention to what works for him and what does not, and she treats him with genuine love, patience, and care. I have personally told these amazing individuals that they have brought tears of happiness to my eyes and joy to my heart seeing how much my baby's speech has improved, along with his ability to express himself and communicate more confidently. I truly cannot express my gratitude enough. Let's Talk Southwest is amazing, and I would recommend them 100 times over. I had a very positive experience here rehabilitating my arm after a sports injury…read more Everyone at this place is so friendly, flexible with their schedules, and despite so many people coming through the office every day, the staff takes special efforts to keep everything fresh, clean, and smelling good. I didn't think I'd look forward to my physical therapy session, but every single one had me coming out of it feeling a little bit better. Rebecca exudes professionalism and conducts herself in a way that made me feel especially welcome in the space. Her communication was outstanding and I always felt taken care of, even when things got busy. She feels like someone I'd trust with big responsibilities. Aura has a loud and lively personality. She is always keeping things interesting and brings a light-hearted mood to the usually grueling therapy process. She brings the fun. For a few of these patients, I'm pretty sure interacting with her is the hi-light of their day. Karli might have given me the best experience, though. Her gentle and relaxed demeanor would always put me at ease. But more importantly, Karli has demonstrated some incredible skills in this practice. Not only could she answer any of my questions with deep consideration and accuracy, but her ability to identify and work through problem areas in my arm was a testament to her years of experience. Every massage she provided revealed a stark and seemingly effortless expertise. It's like she could see right through my skin and work the muscles manually back into shape with her hands. I was often left impressed by her pure abilities and effective, matter-of-fact manner of problem solving. The bottom line is: they fixed my arm, and they did it with comfort and ease. If I ever get injured again, I know where to go.

Extremely disappointed with ATI Physical Therapy and their billing practices…read more Before I even scheduled my first appointment, I specifically asked them to verify my insurance and tell me exactly what my cost would be per visit. I was told it would be approximately $60. I intentionally waited several days for them to verify my insurance information before moving forward because I wanted to know the cost upfront. At my first visit, I was charged $65. It was $5 more than quoted, but I didn't make an issue of it. Now, approximately 25 days later, ATI is trying to charge me an ADDITIONAL $95 for that same visit. That brings the total cost of ONE physical therapy visit to $160. When I called customer service, I was told the original $65 was supposedly only a "deposit." That was NEVER explained to me. Had I been told that $65 was simply a deposit and that I could later be billed another $95, I would have never agreed to the appointment. What makes this especially frustrating is that I specifically asked for the cost BEFORE scheduling and gave them time to verify everything with my insurance. Their customer service experience only made the situation worse. Patients deserve transparency about what they are agreeing to pay. Quoting someone around $60, collecting $65 at the appointment, and then nearly a month later billing another $95 is completely unacceptable to me. I would absolutely NOT recommend ATI Physical Therapy based on my experience. If you decide to use them, I strongly recommend getting your expected TOTAL cost in writing before receiving any services.

Wow! I really wish there were more reviews for TMG. They're AMAZING! We were paired up with them…read morethrough the Nevada Early Intervention program close to a year ago. Honestly, I wish I found them sooner. Kiddos age out of the program at age 3 and mine turns 3 in January. Anywho, Mark, Ayanna, and Myra have been a blessing. They're kind, patient, observant, and offer great advice. Because we were accepted into a program, they came to our house regularly but their office was very nice as we had to go there once for his initial assessment. It was very clean and inviting to families. If you're coming through the NV Early Intervention program, I highly recommend doing the assessment in office vs online. It's just my opinion but I feel like they get a better first assessment of your kiddo that way. Side note, they aren't limited to the program, you can walk in as a new patient and I think they take most insurances. (Don't quote me on that.) Mark was our speech therapist and today was our last session. Shortly after leaving my kiddo was crying for him to come back. That broke my heart but speaks volumes for how well he works with kiddos. Mark was always happy to answer questions and give thoughtful feedback during every session. I saw lots of progress from the time we started up until now. Ayanna is our developmental specialist and her advice and direction is worth its weight in gold. Lines of communication were always open and she even attended my kiddos meeting with CCSD to advocate for his eligibility in the Child Find program. She even got my kiddo into an 8 week play group at UNLV TWICE which really helped his interactions with other kids his age, adults that aren't family, and sharing. Myra was our occupational therapist. She was assigned just a couple months ago to help with eating concerns with my kiddo. I wish we had more time with her because this issue definitely needs more time and work. We got lots of great advice to move forward though. I'll definitely miss these folks. Their staff are some of the most caring, knowledgeable, and dedicated professionals and therapists you will find. We received speech, occupational, and physical therapy services, in addition to working with a developmental specialist. They are very professional and reliable. We felt so supported and literally did not have a single complaint through out the several years we worked with them. Both of our children that received services through TMG made huge strides and met all of their goals. We grew to love each and every therapist and specialist that worked with our child. Having worked with other therapy providers in the city, I can confidently recommend TMG. We are so grateful to TMG for helping our children thrive and being apart of our journey!
