When I called back, was told somesone will call me end of the week. Again nothing. On the 3rd week of waiting, I called them again, and I told them that if they are busy, to just let me know so I can request a different facility to have the referal sent over by my kid's primary. Inwas put on hold for 15 minutes and had to hang up and never heard from them back. I can't imagine how they treat those who don't have that nice insurance. I don't know if they have any idea how important this matter is for the parents and children with speech delay. Horrible customer service

Linda obviously has great experience in strategizing on how to get the best for a patient who has risk of aspiration pneumonia following a brain stem stroke. We sincerely appreciated her time and energy. The technology is really great because we were able to look at real time of my husband's current condition. Although we do not live in this area, it would be worthwhile to have Linda's expertise. Should there be no other individual available for the kind of aggressive treatment that she has recommended. There is a however, however: Should you be planning to come to this facility for expert evaluation, please be sure to hand carry any documents that you have signed for the purpose of the evaluation. I used my turbo scanner to scan my documents and email them to the referrals coordinator. I also carried them with me because I had a feeling this was a good idea. During my first telephone call to the office I was perplexed as to why, in the absence of the referrals coordinator that the person at the front desk who sits right next to the referrals coordinator, could not actually take the information being relayed and set up the appointment. This only requires a little bit of cross training. We had had several discussions on the phone with the front office about scheduling and paying for my husband's test, which was a modified barium swallow test. In the previous discussions, the office staff answering the phone 1) did not relay an email to the referrals coordinator and I had to call back after several hours to confirm that my information had gone through and 2) neglected to let me know that we needed identification for the patient. Despite the fact that I paid out of pocket on the phone for the test, and the patient is in a different facility from where I am driving, we had no idea that a drivers license was required. So, fortunately, I had a photograph of the patients passport, which includes identifiers. I have no idea what a person who does not drive would bring with them, but at any rate my husband was coming in a facility and I was coming from another part of the valley. If I were running an office (I have taught customer service for medical assistants) the patient's family should be apprised of everything that's needed in the first introductory telephone call to vegas voice Institute. While I was in the office awaiting my husband's transport van, I was answering questions for the individual at the front desk.went to sit down and await the test. The individual at the front desk came back to me and asked the questions again, which I had just answered. There was no one else in the office, there was no extraneous noise, and I spoke clearly. I don't know why this consistently gets stuck in my craw that a person can be hired and not trained in professional handling of information or of listening. This was 9 o'clock in the morning and this was not 4:30 PM when one's brain could possibly be a little foggy. Two stars for customer service. Takeaway message: you get what you pay for in terms of a front office impression if you don't pay for someone who can handle basic information. The building is great and accessible, however the complex only has a ramp several stores up so be prepared to park further west in the parking lot if you are transporting someone in a chair. This is not a huge problem when the parking lot is empty as it is at 9 AM but later in the day, this could be helpful for you.

The problem lies with the GM Crystal at the Henderson location. Today April 2nd, 2026 I happen to be a little late to my twins speech appointments. I rushed my girls in and was greeted but Nunneth who was of course super helpful as perusal. After my kids went to the back with their speech therapist I went outside to my car for a quick minute as I stepped out I noticed Crystal was in Nunneth's chair. When I came back inside not even a second later I walked into Crystal yelling at Nunneth not "doing things right" and knit picking. I stood there patiently trying not to interrupt even though I needed some assistance. Of course Crystal was too busy yelling at Nunneth to notice. Once that was over with Nunneth helped me with what I needed and decided to wait in my car cause it felt too awkward and it was all uncalled for. I am seriously considering taking my buisness elsewhere. How can I trust a facility known to teach children how to emotionally self regulate and communicate effectively if the GM cannot seem to do that either. I understand having to correct employees for their mistakes but there's a time and place. You do not have to humiliate them in the front lobby where parents can see and hear everything. If that's how she acts in front of clients I do not want to know how she is in the back behind closed doors. I hope the right people see this and take action Nunneth and everyone there ensuring parents and children are taken care of SHOULD NOT be treated this way. They are an important part of your day to day operations running smoothly and are the reason us parents choose to come back. Please get an OT specialist to teach Crystal how to emotionally self regulate and a speech therapist to teach Crystal how to effectively communicate. My reccomendation for the job would be Rachel as the ot specialist, and Aileen for the speech therapist they are great therapists who have done an amazing job with my twin girls. HR or Owner of Speakeasy therapy do better on who you choose to put in charge preferably next time it won't be someone who throws tantrums in the lobby while a client is needing attending. Edit*** The fact that the response was so generic and so "I'm sorry you felt that way" coded proves my point further not only are you gaslighting a customer but you're spinning the story to fit your narrative of events and i cannot begin to imagine how your "check up on nounth" will probably be as helpful as this comment. It's also the fact how you didn't even bother to read the review cause if you did you'd know it's 'children' not just A child going to your facility which just shows me the lack of attention to detail and the lack of self awareness you all need to understand the gravity of the situation and the magnitude of what's going on in your office

My PCP sent me to Optimal and I have been awestruck and amazed at the type of neuro care they have provided me with and the progress I have made. Have never been to therapy prior to my stroke and have been so impressed by the kindness and caring way I have been treated every time I visit. Natasha and Jackie at the front desk are welcoming and cheerful when we arrive and the entire PT staff goes way beyond expectations. Alan, Terra and Keanne have doctorates and think outside the box to find ways to improve my mobility along with Alyssa, Gene and Jewel putting up with my offbeat sense of humor! Yes, I am expected to work hard but they all make it more fun than work. I now walk without a walker or a cane and my left arm and hand are much better trained and respond to pretty much anything I need to do. My doctor was most impressed with my recovery and I told her to keep sending patients there-especially those recovering from strokes. The Horizon Ridge office is the place to go if you want to work hard and see results. I have already warned them that I am not ever leaving and look forward to every visit with them.
