I can confidently say there will NEVER be a second. Let's start with the receptionist. She was loud, unprofessional, speaking across the office like she was hanging out on a street corner, and casually dropping the F-word while patients were sitting there listening. Zero professionalism. Zero discretion. Zero awareness of her surroundings. Then she called me back to take my blood pressure. GOOD. LORD. The second I was confined in that little exam room with her, the smell hit me. This wasn't a tiny hint of body odor that you politely ignore. This was a HEAVY, stale, musty, haven't-seen-soap-today smell that filled the space. I was sitting there wondering how I'm at a MEDICAL FACILITY concerned about whether the equipment is sanitized when the person touching patients smells like basic hygiene wasn't on today's agenda. I don't expect the Ritz-Carlton. I don't expect perfume. I don't care what anyone looks like. But if your JOB requires you to stand inches away from patients, PLEASE SHOWER BEFORE YOUR SHIFT. Soap, water and deodorant should not be considered advanced medical technology. And then I overheard that she's the MANAGER?! That nearly took me out. If this is management, who exactly is enforcing standards? HER? She's supposed to be the example for the rest of the staff while loudly using profanity in front of patients and walking people into tiny rooms smelling like a damp laundry hamper that's been forgotten for a week? Absolutely not. The provider was at least pleasant, but even that portion of the appointment didn't inspire much confidence. She repeatedly had to leave the room to ask questions and then come back. The entire appointment felt rushed, disorganized and amateurish. I was told I needed a specialist referral. At checkout they had absolutely NO difficulty taking my payment and telling me I was done. Funny how that part of the operation runs efficiently. I left and realized nobody had given me any referral information. So I called. FIFTEEN MINUTES ON HOLD. Someone finally answered. I explained what happened. BACK ON HOLD. Eventually I was told someone would call me back. Three days later, I'm apparently still waiting for this mythical phone call. So, to recap: profanity in the waiting area, an unbelievably uncomfortable hygiene situation, chaotic service, a provider repeatedly leaving to ask questions, no referral information, 15+ minutes on hold, and absolutely no promised callback. But my payment? Oh, THAT they managed flawlessly. The most unbelievable part remains discovering that the person setting this spectacular standard of professionalism is supposedly THE MANAGER. If the manager is the example everyone else is expected to follow, this office doesn't need a suggestion box. It needs an intervention. One visit was more than enough. I will be contacting my insurance company and finding another provider immediately. I wouldn't voluntarily return to this office if they validated my parking, refunded my copay, AND handed me a complimentary bar of soap on the way in.

I'm here due to an imbalance with iron deficiency that has occurred yet again . This time around I'm on my fifth infusion of iron. The staff have been spectacular in making sure that my care is paramount. Could you imagine the strife an individual has to endure here? Cancer patients from all walks of life? Their existence and will are so precious. Lots of these patients are super human. They deserve and have that will, it's just magical to see. Here anemia sure can cause an individual to be sick, but cancer is devastating. I believe in these walls the patients and staff make their lives better with the warmth they create . Again, who knows how long we have to endure here? Some days we just want to "stop fighting the good fight." Then we remember all those that are around us, we have so much to give. Kindness and love are what we need to deliver and show others how to live. And to be loved. They always say, "you have your health." This last year it's seemed blow after blow, being isolated and feeling my own pain it feels like dark. On every occasion that I've visited here especially, the lab the staff and other patients have always brought a smile to my heart. There is no judgement here. We all struggle. We all fight the good fight . We should spread kindness whenever possible. I have had too many close calls and encounters in life that I've been given. If today was your last chance would you keep on? Would you just give up. Mind you I don't have the struggles with cancer, my alignment is anemia. It's again on the other spectrum from cancer, anemia for whatever reason makes inconsistency in the body too. The deprivation of oxygen to the brain and heart are let's say's, "not great." This last year, five iron infusions and the intolerances that come from iron not made in the body is rough. Here I stand. I stand stronger, I'm not sure why? We are not to ask the why? We are going to keep reaching for the stars and making it happen each and everyday. Bring the energy of light and love to heal others. Never forget the "good fight." Even in the dark we can make it . You must search for the beacon. Follow the path and you will find the road.

I do not have cancer but I did have a few issues with blood clots, so I was referred to see Dr. Nguyen, as he is a hematologist as well as an oncologist. The location is nice. I've come to this medical center quite a few times, in other offices, so I'm glad CCC was here, for my comfort and for how easy the parking lot is. The waiting room has a good amount of seats, even if some people think it's a bit small. I love the fact that you can get your blood drawn here and that you can make an appointment for that. Every person I encountered, from the financial adviser, to the medical assistants, to the lab techs, to the doctor, is kind, supportive and helpful. I especially have to give a shout out to Dr. Nguyen. This man is not only professional and knows his stuff, but he seems to deeply care for people on a very personal level. I joked with my husband after my last appointment that I wonder if he writes down all of our info or if he has a super computer in his head and just remembers. I mean he literally remembers our conversations, even though they are months apart. Seeing me after my honeymoon, he remembered where we went and what pastry I wanted to get. That's how personable and comforting and caring he is. I truly believe he's so genuine about not only wanting to help you heal but making you happy. Scheduling an appointment is easier than easy and any time adjustment is needed, that's easy too. I wish all medical practices were run this way, I'd be way better at caring for my health then.
