So called a mobile IV biz n 1st thing they said is there is $30 initial cost for Tele call into a physician . Then they proceeded to say there's different costs & pkgs u can customize . In a previous review I mentioned hours not being correct, as it seemed they didn't have enough staff. I still recommend making an appointment instead of walking in, as the staff seems to be growing. I do have to mention the majority of times I've called during the first couple business hours they have someone off-site answering, which can be frustrating when asking real-time questions. But it is nice to be able to reach a real person. I do recommend coming in when you have the time and perhaps patience, but might not be your best bet for last minute services.

There are snacks and drinks they supply and there's a call button if you feel like anything is off. We got the Health & Fitness fuze and an additional bag of B12 for all the vitamins and goodness. There is a local Vegas discount just FYI (and a Yelp check-in for $5 off too). I did warn I have tough veins as when I'm usually drawing blood, they need a few pokes to get it right. I usually say that right away in case there is someone that can handle that really well. Unfortunately, I was poked 3 times before the IV stuck around the ventricle. My partner also had problems with his IV where it wasn't flowing in but getting to his muscle instead. Luckily the IV veteran we were with noticed how strange he wasn't flowing. His forearm got tense and it started swelling up like Popeye the cartoon literally. When they fixed it, the fluid was flowing so fast. For me, going through both bags took about an 45 minutes to go through. I didn't feel the effects immediately, but after the weekend of festivities, I will say I didn't feel as groggy as I have in the past!

I had a really disappointing experience here. I came in for an IV and the nurse poked me twice in…read moreone arm before she thought she got it, but within 10 minutes my bicep started swelling, she never even hit the vein. She then tried my other arm, poked me three more times, and still couldn't get a vein. I'm a strong guy with very visible veins, and I've never had a problem like this before anywhere else. After all that, I didn't even get the IV I just ended up settling for a simple B12 shot. To make matters worse, when I went to check out, they still charged me a "consultation fee." For what? Five failed sticks and no service provided? Totally unacceptable. I will not be coming back and would not recommend this place to anyone.
