The worst option. The office staff of this establishment has zero customer service skills. The management updates the files every other week. So they charge double, triple the co-pay because they are so unorganized. Truly sad that this is the only option. The therapist is amazing- the front desk lady shouldn't have a job! Let me start by stating that all therapist, schedulers, and front desk staff are AMAZING. I would've never agreed to drive 25 minutes each way, biweekly, for 30 minute sessions if it wasn't for the staff being absolutely AMAZING. The problem lies with the GM Crystal at the Henderson location. Today April 2nd, 2026 I happen to be a little late to my twins speech appointments. I rushed my girls in and was greeted but Nunneth who was of course super helpful as perusal. After my kids went to the back with their speech therapist I went outside to my car for a quick minute as I stepped out I noticed Crystal was in Nunneth's chair. When I came back inside not even a second later I walked into Crystal yelling at Nunneth not "doing things right" and knit picking. I stood there patiently trying not to interrupt even though I needed some assistance. Of course Crystal was too busy yelling at Nunneth to notice. Once that was over with Nunneth helped me with what I needed and decided to wait in my car cause it felt too awkward and it was all uncalled for. I am seriously considering taking my buisness elsewhere. How can I trust a facility known to teach children how to emotionally self regulate and communicate effectively if the GM cannot seem to do that either. I understand having to correct employees for their mistakes but there's a time and place. You do not have to humiliate them in the front lobby where parents can see and hear everything. If that's how she acts in front of clients I do not want to know how she is in the back behind closed doors. I hope the right people see this and take action Nunneth and everyone there ensuring parents and children are taken care of SHOULD NOT be treated this way. They are an important part of your day to day operations running smoothly and are the reason us parents choose to come back. Please get an OT specialist to teach Crystal how to emotionally self regulate and a speech therapist to teach Crystal how to effectively communicate. My reccomendation for the job would be Rachel as the ot specialist, and Aileen for the speech therapist they are great therapists who have done an amazing job with my twin girls. HR or Owner of Speakeasy therapy do better on who you choose to put in charge preferably next time it won't be someone who throws tantrums in the lobby while a client is needing attending. Edit*** The fact that the response was so generic and so "I'm sorry you felt that way" coded proves my point further not only are you gaslighting a customer but you're spinning the story to fit your narrative of events and i cannot begin to imagine how your "check up on nounth" will probably be as helpful as this comment. It's also the fact how you didn't even bother to read the review cause if you did you'd know it's 'children' not just A child going to your facility which just shows me the lack of attention to detail and the lack of self awareness you all need to understand the gravity of the situation and the magnitude of what's going on in your office read more

My son started seeing Kelly for feeding therapy when we were referred after his tongue tie revision didn't completely resolve some feeding issues. We were originally referred to another facility, where the SLP wanted to refer us for a gastro consult and swallow study immediately. I wanted another opinion, and was told that Kelly specializes in newborn feeding therapy; our initial visit with Kelly was the exact opposite of the other facility. She focused on why these problems were occurring and gave us tips and tricks to fixing things, along with exercises to strengthen his jaw and tongue. Feedings went from 35 minutes per breast to under 10 minutes. His regurgitation has gone from massive amounts after almost every feeding to (mostly) small and infrequent spit ups. If you have a baby with feeding issues, I highly recommend scheduling with Kelly. read more

My son has been coming here for 3 years now and Ms. Madison for PT has been so great and consistent with him. He's also been seeing Mr. Paul for about 8 months now for OT and Mr. Paul is always so kind and has a lot of charisma about what he does with him and my son always looks forward to seeing him. I want to start off by saying that we are NOT strangers to speech therapy. Our three year old was with Ackerman for over a year due to speech delay likely from anesthesia with open heart surgery. That was an out of pocket expense, so this time when our 18 month old son showed speech delay, we opted to try a new place that took our insurance (although, Ackerman was fabulous). We were referred to Speakeasy. Our therapist, while nice seemed to have a very observational approach. She rarely spoke, used sign language (which I know varies between therapists and was not recommended with our daughter at the time), and I was very confused about the plan forward with our son. I did ask many times what the plan or approach would be and I was told that "they were just evaluating at the moment"- even after 4 ish sessions. Additionally, I never once heard the therapist use his name. Sessions were mostly silent. My son and daughter were hospitalized over the holiday months and even though most sessions overlapped with their holiday closure, we canceled ONE due to his illness being highly contagious, and another due to a medical appointment follow-up conflict. I recognize there is an attendance policy, but notice was provided for each absence and with very good reason. Should my son have attended and risked the health and safety of others during RSV and flu season? I thought we were being responsible parents. I also recognize that wait lists exist and many children in Nevada are in need of services. However, I received multiple aggressive texts that our son would be removed from speech due to absences if one more was missed. I asked for clarity based on dates and the reason for him missing, and was met with more texts. I requested a phone call to clarify and was met with someone who seemed less than thrilled to speak to me and was almost simply reciting policy rather than being compassionate and understanding. I'm not asking for special treatment, but what are parents supposed to do? Hospitalizations and illness just don't matter? And what about a makeup policy? It hasn't even been a week! Again, I recognize policy and people needing to do their job, but the absolute lack of compassion and clarity is mind boggling. That being said- we canceled any future appointments and will not be returning- upon stating that, I was hung up on. We will await future appointments with Ackerman and while they do not accept our insurance, we are willing to pay out of pocket for actual care and assistance. Not may people have that luxury, and I feel sorry for the hundreds of family members that have Speakeasy as their only option. This has been very unfortunate, as I imagine there are many talented therapists employed there, as well as many deserving children in need. read more

Staff is always so nice and helpful. Always a clean facility. I've had a couple therapist for my 5 year old daughter that's been going here a year and every one of them are amazing. I would recommend this place to anyone seeking therapy. read more

At one point all three of my sons were being seen weekly for OT, and PT. Crystal has always been accommodating and helpful when it comes to my reoccurring schedule for the kids. When we have to miss an appointment she always tries her best to help me with makeup appointments. We are not always successful. But that's because I truly feel my twins have the best OTs in the Las Vegas valley. Rachel and Luana are seriously amazing. My twins aren't always the easiest, and they make me feel so confident every week. That even if one or both have had a rough time, they chose to focus on all the amazing things they have achieved their session. I leave not only proud of my kids, but also so happy knowing that they have therapist that are truly excited and want your kids to succeed. If they ever leave...we will 100% be following them. Jessette also helped my 6m old at the time with some PT due to some delays! He graduated shortly with her, but every visit was great! read more

I'm sorry to say this place is overrated. I was referred to this clinic by a colleague, but my experience was awful. There was a high turnover rate among therapists and numerous cancellations by therapists due to them going on vacation. My daughter received OT services for about 7 months and worked with 3 different therapists during this short time. The therapists are nice but the office staff needs better training. I had to cancel one therapy session last minute due to an emergency and whoever helped us made the comment "you tend to cancel a lot." I'm sorry but I canceled once...YOU (speakeasy) have canceled half a dozen times. Then the lady I spoke to had the audacity to require us to schedule a makeup session if we wanted to continue services but conveniently they only had 30 minute sessions available (vs our typical 60 minute sessions that were approved by insurance). Of course the copay remains the same despite the session being half the typical time. A week later I get a call saying the therapist's license expired so we can either work with someone different or wait until she renews her license. That was the last straw. We didn't return. read more

First off I want to thank Crystal and her team for the best speech and occupational therapy for my daughter. My daughter has been going there almost two years now, and I've seen so much progress with her it's amazing! We love Miss Berna and Justine! I absolutely love their new location, it's very spacious and has lots of activity/sensory rooms! We have had several speech and ot places, but this is by far the best one and I'm so thankful we found them! Also, the staff from checking in (John) and scheduling crew(Marta) are very friendly and makes you feel very welcomed!!! They totally missed the real issues, and were treating things that were not the root of the problem. Therapist was nice though. They don't seem to be following safe COVID protocols, and they told me there is only a COVID scare once in a while. read more

If you're looking for a good therapist highly recommend, however forewarning in regards to the administration. Our daughter attended therapy for months on a weekly basis with a one hour session to receive a call from the clinic indicating that due to insurance she can no longer have one hour sessions and only 30 minutes will be provided at a time. I called our insurance provider and got a healthcare advocate on the line who made it very clear that she was authorized up to a hour per session to find out that they wanted us to do multiple 30 minute sessions to make more for the business rather than the patient well being. If you're looking for someone who cares more about the patient rather than the bottom line this is not your place. Highly recommend the professionalism and patient care you will receive by exploring Optimal Therapy instead. Good luck in you search!! read more

Speakeasy Therapy came through for us right when we needed the services for our newborn son! He was given a triple tie diagnosis as well as was not taking a bottle and was very stiff in his neck, head and cheeks. From the first phone call to the first appointment, the team accommodated our referral to treat my son and help educate us so we could better his feeding and coping skills! Glad to report that he is taking a bottle, rolling from side-to-side, and did not end up needing the procedure to fix the ties at this time! read more

My daughter had terrible latch at birth, after being diagnosed with a tongue & lip tie (which were corrected), we still had a lot of issues. We were referred to Kelly (the owner) at Speakeasy, and were seen one week after the referral was sent. Kelly was able to give me simple techniques to help improve my daughter's ability to feed with ease. She explained the purpose of each exercise, and during every session Kelly genuinely asked for my feedback. We had our last session today and Kelly let me know that she is available if/when we need her. Prior to seeing Kelly, I had no idea what feeding therapy was, and was already nearly defeated, but I am happy to say that things are incredibly better. If your baby is struggling to breast or bottle feed ask your doctor for a referral ASAP!! read more
