Finally the second TV was going to be installed upstairs in the loft and needed to be connected but no connection or wiring was in place. Adam and Lenny the owner made it all look easy. They installed the TV's, hooked it up to Dish and wirelessly connected the new TV in the loft. We now are ready for HDTV this winter and Zag basketball. The local Charter office in Kalispell MT truly does not give a crap about its customers. In addition, the shift supervisor working on Tuesday, 1/12 was playing on his phone while 3 of us were standing in line for assistance for 15 minutes.
