Lastly, there was to many personal comments made towards me such as ''I don't do specific times'' along with ''stay out of trouble'' during my college spring break. My 1 yr old yorkipoo reaches for her and starts with kisses when she picks him up at the front door. But without question, it is the least stressful for our fur baby to not be kenneled and endure hours at a grooming salon. From pickup at the front door to return at the front door never more than 45 minutes and he looks great! Downside to being great is she is always booked. She was treated warmly and felt comfortable right away. The facility is beautiful, new and modern. Didn't smell like a veterinarian hospital so she didn't put her brakes on when she started walking through the front door. Below her eye she had gotten a bump and her eye was swelling. Thinking maybe a yellow jacket or bug bit her. They gave me antibiotics for it. Cleared up in less than a week. They did a thorough check of her and found she did have a broken toe nail, so she got a nail trim also. I did notice they have a sign that if you get 4 nail trimmings, the 5th is free. The staff were incredibly welcoming and nice.
