He is kind, patient, honest, reliable and has gone above and beyond when we needed him. Bennys is right here in Holland, Ma. And if he isn't available right away he will let you know. He's a busy guy and often times he's not available until the next day abut he takes you as the calls come in and he has always been here when he said he would be. I had a string of bad luck and my last 3 vehicles had serious issues. He also came another time because Imy youngest son locked my only set of keys in my truck. Sigh. Most recently, my GMC Terrain I purchased last year had some serious issues that lead me to calling Benny. Some of the issues with the truck made it difficult to lead the truck onto his truck bed. He found the issue and had to dismantle some of the shift case and what ever else. It was not an easy pickup and he was very fair to us! We are thankful to him. He takes the time to explain things to you and talks to you like a human being. We've come to know him somewhat and he has good family values and you can tell he comes from a good family. He was also very kind to my two special needs boys. We 100 percent recommend Bennys Trucking and Towing! We would call him again. I just hope not to call him again for a while. I have a new er car now and I hope I'm not Jinxing myself lol. Were your average "poor" family with kids, just barely getting by. And never have we ever felt that Benny took advantage of us. We were driving from New Hampshire to Philadelphia to see our son at Villanova. Our car was…read moredriving poorly, shaking and wobbling, so I pulled off Interstate 91 in Holyoke, MA. As soon as I did, the tire felt like it went flat but it actually snapped. We thought the axle or joints were busted but without being able to see underneath it's hard to tell. We had *just* had it inspected and the alignment corrected in NH the week prior to this because we registered the vehicle there as new residents, so we were surprised something this bad would happen so soon afterward. Our roadside assistance had dispatched another company that no-showed on us after 2 hours of waiting. Eventually a cop came behind us and asked about our issue and then said he would get us a tow in 10 minutes. Ernie's Towing was our knight in shining armor. He showed up in 10-15 minutes and took us to Firestone, where they learned it was just a couple of sheered-off studs. The driver was friendly and we appreciate his help! On to better car days!
