This was a real class act. Not in a good way…read more I made a reservation over the phone with the national rep. Long schpiel about touring the site. Then the local guy called to confirm my reservation. I verified that I wanted to compare the small unit with the next unit up. No problem. I arrive at the appointment time. The local guy shakes my hand and proceeds to tell me something entirely different than what he told me on the phone. These folks are eager to upsell you into a unit size you don't need. So they tell you a) you misunderstood. I didn't. Or b) they don't have any more units of the very size you're looking for. But! They happen to have the $149/mo unit. That will work just fine, Ma'am. Only if you're paying, sir. Their website, an hour earlier clearly said they had a unit available. It still does. So, the company's shopping cart doesn't update to reflect actual availability? That's bait and switch, Consumer. Avoid this location.

The price was reasonable and John, the manager, was pleasant, communicative, accommodating, and went out of his way to ensure a smooth process. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
