That was wrong and very rude. Then offered to sell us another model for $130 more than we had to spend. Very disappointed and needless to say would not recommend these poor business practices to anyone else. Sad that your "manager" is so cutthroat that he sells product right from under other sales people. What happened today was wrong and rude to more than one person. You have lost at least one customer and possibly more. This is one recommendation/ review that will not be favorable.

WOW! So..... Do you…read moredo vehicle safety inspections? If so what kind of cracker jack mechanics do you use? Every tire was low, the front passenger should have been replaced some time ago, steering wheel shakes like a brick in a dryer, oil wasnt reading on the dipstick, trailer tires were also low (all of them unless they are only suppose to have 25 to 30 psi)(sticker says 65),Got to have the steering wheel at 10 o'clock to keep it straight(ish), transmission is definitely due for a inspection hard shifting first and second but slips coming out of third, tow haul button does not work (so that's nice). Truck will barely get up to speed going down hill. I'm heading to West Virginia... pretty hilly state, I'm sure it's going be a blast. I was a delivery driver for more than 4 years and have driven more box trucks then I can remember. But I guarantee that this one I WILL remember, don't be proud of that. If I knew my move was going to go like this I wouldn't be moving. This here is one customer that will not be a return customer. So all in all thanks for the headache.
