Super convenient with 24/7 access! Staff is great and the facility always feels very clean and safe

I have had a storage unit at the Hudsonville location for a couple years. I recently signed up for a parking spot in Byron Center and have had some safety and security concerns. The previous manager (no longer there) was great to deal with and handled my concerns. The new staff since last fall however is very hard to deal with and can't answer my questions and get a basic lease set up and match the quote /price promised(first month half off). Overcharged and they can't fix it. Management has no real authority to make things right. They sure can auto bill and overcharge, but refuse to make it right. Disgusted with the staff. The storage unit itself is nice and secure and average price range. Another side note - we are expected to keep our unit clean and move out clean. Well... we moved units on a last minute necessity over a weekend. The new unit was found dirty and piles of dirt all over. I mentioned it to the manager the next Monday and once again, they did nothing about it. Quite disappointed the standards are not consistent and you can't communicate or get things corrected with office staff. There was a computer system change over the winter. I was overcharged and accidentally billed on a daily basis for a week and they would not refund... just kept updating a new balance incorrectly for the next month. Finally got that fixed after a couple weeks. read more

I have an outdoor storage slot for my boat and I've been here over two years now. I don't need much from them, just a spot for the boat, but when I have called them for something the person I've spoken to each time (two different t people) have been very friendly. So if they're in a location that suits your needs I can't say anything negative about them. read more

I have been very impressed with the customer service I have received from the office staff when I've needed it. Our unit has been accessible whenever we have needed to go there, the unit and the grounds are very clean and well maintained. Our only complaint Is we are not a fan of the type of key locks required, it takes a bit of time to get it just right and then once you have it unlocked there is no handle on the doors and at times is very difficult to get the door open. I wish they would install a pull handle on the outside for some leverage. read more

Their staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to get us the perfect spot to store our motorhome outdoors!

I was helped by Amanda to get a U-Haul yesterday. Do to the construction going on, the internet was down. She took it all in stride and with a smile as well. She had to use the backup "old school" way on the forms. I definitely recommend Your Space for U-Haul rental. read more

When I needed to find some storage for my sons things after checking around secure storage was the best value and close for us to access it when needed. After picking out a unit found out that I did not need one that big so it was no problem switching to a smaller unit before taking the items for storage there. Everyone there have been super friendly and very helpful to our needs. I gladly recommend them if someone needs a place for storage. Not only was the unit very clean you have to have a code to be able to get into the facility which makes it even more secure. Thanks. read more
