Most recently we had a last minute issue with our rv water heater. We called them, and even being extremely busy that day, they had us send a picture of our issue, and made the repair that day. Highly professional. A no-nonsense retailer. I drove 2 hours away from my local dealer to buy…read morefrom Scott. He gave me the best price without even haggling, and he didn't even demand a deposit. Every employee was courteous and helpful. In fact, they seemed so genuine that I even asked the bad review they received from a lady about the snowblower. I found out that this lady only told them to replace the pull cable and then she discovered that it wouldn't run because of the carburetor. (This is why you should let the service people determine a root cause.) Due to the extreme age of the blower and the cost to repair a $200 snowblower, they recommended she just purchase a new one. Apparently, this made her furious. I'd like to know if she did repair or went and bought another one anyway. No one at Walters knew I would be writing a review, but when I have the opportunity to work with knowledge, helpful and professional people I always make sure to tell others.

That was wrong and very rude. Then offered to sell us another model for $130 more than we had to spend. Very disappointed and needless to say would not recommend these poor business practices to anyone else. Sad that your "manager" is so cutthroat that he sells product right from under other sales people. What happened today was wrong and rude to more than one person. You have lost at least one customer and possibly more. This is one recommendation/ review that will not be favorable.
