I have used Integrity Plus for years, you can even see a great review I gave 5 years ago, but after today I will never use again. I had not used our pool heater in a couple of years so I wanted it serviced. I was told it would be $165 plus "parts and labor necessary to make any repairs.' The technician came out and said it's old but was working. No parts or repairs done. Then charged $206.25., which was an additional $41.25 for labor. It wasn't a large amount extra but I was annoyed so I called office and they said the service call fee only covers going to the property and any labor once there isn't covered. Even when I told them no repairs were done, they didn't care. read more

Called Pentair years ago and these characters were at top of list provided so I had them out to mumble about a problem I'd called them out for, do nothing, charge me a service charge. Had another company take care of what needed to be done and left a negative review here. Fast forward a few years. I'm getting older, keep this in mind. We've used our pool lights maybe ten times in ten years but the good old Pentair Intellibrite in the pool stuck on green while spa light performed perfectly. So I call Pentair and they give me a list again of companies to call and these guys are top of list again. They come out with a light engine and I stay in house while they do their work. When done we talk by pool a second then go over to patio to Zelle them $780... I'm going yay they fixed it so come on here to give good review and discover it's same company I had problem with before. So I change it to good review until.... few weeks later go to use lighting and spa light now not coming on. Try all the settings and finally came on in Mediterranean mode for couple minutes then stopped working again. So I call them in morning and remind them never had problem with spa light and first time using lights after their replacement of pool light engine spa light not working. The male individual I spoke to lies and says "we demonstrated they were working correctly after we did repair". WHICH THEY DIDN'T DO. NEVER LOOKED AT THE LIGHTS AND THEY NEVER MADE ANY DEMONSTRATION APPURTENANT TO SAME. He then said I'd get a service charge to go over settings and trouble shoot on the $780 job they'd did. Please keep in mind here that the spa light never ever had a problem till these people messed with my equipment. We DO NOT recommend you use these people for anything. read more

Josh is rude not a good listener and after articulating the problem asked the same question more than once. Didn't help that he was getting two different explanations to the problem because he didn't want to talk to my husband or read the paper my husband prepared for him explaining the problem. He seemed bothered from the onset and rushed (boss said he had an installation job after my call). Not personable and ultimately he left saying he couldn't help. See other negative reviews from other women and a man. His boss did call my husband back and explained the problem. Thankfully there are a lot of other responsive professionals who respond. We have a Pentair system and this is the 3rd time we had to have a minor repairs fixed with equipment less than a year old or the problem wasn't fixed the first, 2nd or 3rd time. read more

We were having issues with no air bubbles coming through when we turned on our spa. The pool company we were using at the time swore up and down to me that the issue had been fixed. They recommended we buy a new filter pump which we did ( and spent a pretty penny)...they then cleaned the filter to this new pump and was told we were good to go. Well we weren't. The only way they would believe me was when I sent him pics and videos of what the spa looked like when it was turned on to spa mode. I was told he would be out to take a look at the issue...didn't show one day. Was told they would come and look at it again...and was told it was fixed. Well it wasn't... That's when we called Integrity Plus...Josh came out and fixed the issue in 30 mins!!! It was such an easy process... and he was always so nice about answering my questions and explaining what the problem was. He also said he could install a valve on our pool equipment that would make the jets in the spa be stronger when turned on. Well that was the best $$$ we could have spent. We also had a pool light that stopped working and the other pool company just ignored me when I asked them if they could fix it. Well Richard and Josh were really good about communicating the cost to replace the pool light, and scheduling an appt couldn't have been easier. Well I was a little worried with some of the reviews but they came highly recommended from my pool builder and seemed to be the only people who actually had parts during COVID. We had a dead Pentair pump basically blew up. They came out in a week and replaced the drive unit of the pump which saved me at least 2K. My wife was home and I talked to Joshua on the phone, he answered all My questions but I had done my research first so I knew what was what. I thought he was coming out for a quote, he brought parts he needed, my wife said he was nice, friendly and super fast, he replaced a drive unit on the motor and was very quick. We had 0 issues with them or their work, the wife is very happy the Pool is running. I will gladly use them again. After calling 4 places and having one guy come down for a quote these guys were the quickest and knew what they were doing to get me running. read more

Nothing integrity about this company. I would FIND another company with more integrity. I received an estimate in July 2024 for an intellicenter upgrade kit. An unexpected expense prevented us from getting the job done in July 2024 of which I told them. I also informed them I would reach out to them sometime Sept. 2024. I emailed them early Oct 2024 and asked for another quote for the job above and to replace a booster pump for my water features. The new qoute for intellicenter was almost $300 more. Hard for me to believe the cost for the part went up more than 20% in approx 2 months. After almost 2 weeks of my initial email to integrity, I decided to give my business for the intellicenter install to someone else that was a few dollars more than Integrity's second quote. Lo and behold, Integrity then sends me a quote for the booster pump (that I had requested almost 2 weeks ago). I decided to give them a second chance. I accepted their request for the booster pump. The same day I received a text asking which brand of pump I would like. I informed them of my choice of pump. I also informed them the installer of the intellicenter (another company) was able to get the booster pump to work but I wouldn't mind replacing the pump (as it was old). I also informed integrity the pump would possibly need a seal plate and gasket as it was leaking water. They responded "I would recommend having the previous installer service the pump. We will pass on replacing the pump. thank you." Sorry I hurt their feelings. Apparently, they have enough business. I was referred to Dave at Integrity Plus several years ago for Pentair warranty work, as well as a recommendation from our builder. The first visit was to replace a failing salt cell. Dave even took the time to help get my remote PC access properly set and running. The salt cell failed a year or so later and even though a month or so out of warranty, Dave was able to call and get it covered at no cost to me. I've used them twice since for out of warranty work, replacing a thermostat and heating rod. They took time to check chemistry as well and explained how to properly balance my pool. The charges were fair and everything worked great. The latest time was after a family member unknowingly messed with temp adjustments on the heater itself. Dave came out, found the problem and showed me how to work around the issue when guests are at the house. They explained everything and again took time to check chemistry while there. I simply paid for the service call. I trust these guys and have used their service four times now. They're busy and appts are usually scheduled a day or two, to a week out. DO NOT confuse Integrity Plus Pool with another local Integrity Pool service, also in the 909. read more

This is the second time in five years I have had them out to work on my pool system. Both times I was shocked how fast and cheap they completed the job. Integrity is what they are all about. This last time it was my pool heater. I ran all the test I found online to help figure out the problem and it led to a very expensive part needing replace. They came out and in less then 3 minutes told me my problem was a wired that was chewed by a mouse. They went through the whole system and were done with in 10 minutes. It cost me a fraction of what I thought I was needing to pay. Great job again. Highly RECOMMEND!! read more

It looked like they had peeled it off and re stuck it. So the had to come out again because they didnt test it. Now 3 months later spa not working. They refused to come check there own product. Because I complained during their first visit. Prices are way high. They have No customer service. They do no stand by their work. So sad that original owner sold his business to Josh. These guys have serviced my pool twice for Pentair warranty service on two failed Globrite lights, Pentair quality control is horrible and they definitely need to make sure they fix all these lights, they are only 2 months old, 2 out of 5 failed already.....smh Anyways, Pentair schedule Integrity Pool Service to fix my lights, Rich is usually the one who calls and he is very polite and professional. First time came the following Monday no issues after opening claim, my wife said the techs were a little little dry and serious towards her but they got the job done and quickly so no complaints. Second time, I had special plans for my daughter and the spa light gives out a few days before, Integrity said they could only get to it next Monday, which would really ruin the vibe of my daughters get together....I tried other service providers in the area, all suck at communication. Rich answers all the time and calls back quickly....truly appreciate that. He said he would try but couldn't make promises, well Rich delivered. He worked it out so someone could come onsite Friday before the party/event and I really appreciate it, Pentair is lucky to have a vendor like Integrity doing their work, wish they had MORE service providers in the area like Integrity, I guess warranty work seems to be an after thought with Pentair....I expect more from Pentair, but couldn't have asked more from Integrity, oh and Eli was the tech that came out the 2nd time, he was very polite and easy to talk to, thank you guys! read more

I have had my pool for 20 years and funding a pool equipment repair company that shows up and actually gets stuff fixed has been a challenge. I was so happy when my pool guy Frank Rounds referred me to Integrity. I always prefer a referral but especially when it is from someone I trust. I called and scheduled an appointment, they called 15 minutes prior to showing up, figured out what was wrong, had parts with them, repaired the equipment, and then left. Josh was on it, professional, told me what cost would be upfront and took care of it. He is obviously one that sticks to a schedule and takes care of crap. I believe if you respect his schedule and be there when scheduled he will take care of you. Just like he did for me. I have used Integrity twice and wouldn't use anyone else to work on my filter and pool heater. They were professional, on time, reasonably priced, and very, very fair with me regarding their schedule/availability, and price. They could've charged me a ton of cash for a new motherboard in my Pentair heater, but told me I didn't need a new one, made the repairs that needed to be made, and cost me 1/4 of what a new motherboard would have. The owner seems bothered all the time......the rest of the employees follow suit. This was the company pentair said was available to repair my pump under warranty. The guy who called to schedule service was a total pompous arrogant individual. I tried to advise him the pump they would be servicing is not hooked up and I would do it prior to their arrival. He had a inability to understand what I was saying and came off like a overly arrogant individual who lacked logical reasoning. I finally told him just show up and get the pump working I'll handle the rest, he proceeded to have more of a attitude and said he's not coming. So long story short don't use a company that's name doesn't fit their professionalism obviously they lack integrity which means doing the right thing. The best guy I've found is elite pool designs!!! Stay away from these rip off artists!!!! I called them to take a look at our Hayward pool heater that was not working. When I made the appointment they told me that I had to give a credit card so that if no one was home when they showed up there would be a trip charge. Being in business I understood and agreed (big mistake). They showed up today at 2:10 PM and told us that they had to take a look at what was wrong with the heater and let us know if they could fix it and what it would cost. 30 minutes later they presented us with a bill for $770+ dollars without ever giving us an estimate or even quoting us an hourly rate for trouble shooting. We were not even given the courtesy of an explanation as to what's wrong with the heater or what potentially could be a worst-case scenario to fix it. These people are the worst of the worst. They take a credit card number and disguise it as a trip charge guarantee, only to try to overcharge you when they're true motives come out. I'm a businessman, and I've owned my company for over 25 years. If I did business like this I would've been shut down in the first week. Now that I research them I see they don't even have a contractors license under their company name. Do yourself a favor and use somebody else! read more

Their prices are fair and reasonable, definitely not the cheapest you'll find, but as they say, " You get what you pay for" Their work is top notch, they are polite and respectful. When they take on your project, you can relax knowing that it will be done correctly, in a timely manner, and they stand behind what they do. Beware of competitors that undercut prices and under deliver, trust me, it's not worth it. In today's age of quick service and changing parts, it's hard to find someone to take the time and properly diagnose a problem without just " throwing parts" at it. I had called Pentair for a warranty repair for my Intellichlor. Integrity Pool Repair immediately called me the next following business day and scheduled an appointment. They arrived early in the morning the day of the appointment and replaced my Intellichlor fairly quickly. While they were there, they gave me an estimate for a pool heater. My Pentair pool pump was leaking so I contacted Pentair. Later that afternoon, I received a telephone call from Integrity Plus informing me that a repair person would be out first thing in the morning. At 7:45 am their repair person arrived. He was very friendly and cordial and after explaining the leak, he knew exactly what the problem was. I had several questions regarding maintenance and he was very knowledgeable. I give Integrity pools two stars for mark up on prices for products installed. The repair guy was friendly and knowledgeable. When I made the appointment I was told the initial $95.00 service charge would be applied to parts. A sensor was replaced, when I researched the price of the part on line it was $21.00. Integrity pools charged me eighty dollars for the part with no part of the service charge applied to the parts. $182.43 dollars later and after fifteen minutes of work was my bill. read more
