Integrity Compounding Pharmacy (formerly Westcliff Compounding) has been my pharmacy for years! I am so thankful to use one of the few remaining neighborhood pharmacies still in business. Integrity never makes you feel like a number, as I've experienced when getting scripts for family members from a couple of the well-known, huge pharmacies. Integrity knows its customers by name; they're quick, have been great at communicating with my Drs when necessary, and always go the extra mile for their customers. I also highly recommend their compounding services. They've compounded a few things for me, and they've all been wonderful. A few years ago, Integrity began making a compounded prescription cream for me that I'd used for years (but had previously gotten from a different compounding pharmacy). The increased effectiveness of my Integrity-made prescription cream was immediately noticeable and truly remarkable! I'd never realized the many options compounding pharmacies can choose from when compounding various medications, such as the base used to make my cream. Their choices can make a huge difference. Integrity consists of highly knowledgeable and efficient pharmacists who have helped me many times with various medication questions. Just updating my initial review over 7 years ago. The others below say it. Mike and the staff are the best.

I don't believe I've ever posted a yelp review before, but Mike, the owner and main pharmacist at Westcliff Compounding Pharmacy, has gone above and beyond for me so many times now that I feel almost obligated to leave this review. I have many complex health issues and diagnoses, including a diagnosis called Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS) which makes me intolerant to many of the excipients (or fillers) found in nearly all commercially available medications (i.e., regularly available tablets, capsules, liquids, nasal sprays, etc.). As a result, I have to have all of my medications compounded (specially made) with a specific capsule and only one specific excipient or compounded into a nasal spray without preservatives (depending on the medication in question). Mike has tracked down many active ingredients for me to trial in connection with my MCAS that other compounding pharmacies have refused to even attempt to locate, has prepared specialty compounds I've used in the hospital and during recovery for each of the six neurosurgeries I've had over the past year (some on short notice) and has never failed to deliver whatever I've needed on time. He is also far easier to reach by phone and far more helpful than any pharmacist I have ever worked with, ships medications overnight and is licensed in CA and NY (I live in Northern CA but my neurosurgeries have been in NY). If you have any sort of specialty pharmaceutical needs and are looking for a compounding pharmacy or happen to live in the Newport Beach, CA area and are looking for a new pharmacy in general, please consider Mike and Westcliff Compounding Pharmacy. Mike, Marisol, Tammy, the rest of the staff and Westcliff as a whole are by far the best pharmacy I've encountered in 20+ years. From the warm, patient and professional service Tammy and the front desk staff provides to the wealth of deep knowledge and expertise in all things medicine which Mike possesses is the bar by which other pharmacies should be measured in my opinion. I've used a few pharmacies in the area over the past couple decades and I don't have anything really negative to say about them, but it felt like being upgraded from coach to first class without a price increase after I came to Westcliff. If you spend a few minutes speaking with the staff and especially Mike it becomes evident very quickly that they actually care about you, the medication itself and your overall well-being as opposed to most pharmacies that fill your prescription, take your payment and move on to the next. I've been coming to Westcliff since around 2011 when I lived in Newport Coast, but have continued to use them even though I've moved to San Francisco and now San Deigo. They even go so far as overnighting my medication for a very, very nominal fee. They go out of their way to accommodate and help in every way possible. I know writing a review isn't much, but I figure sharing the experience I've always had is the least I can do. You guys rock! Thank you. Definitely a top notch pharmacy and Mike is so easy to work with. He has been compounding 2-3 meds for me for at least 2+ years a never a problem. I have actually never been to the store itself as Mike compounds and ships me my meds every month? I have been disabled for over 27 yrs and to say that I have been to a few pharmacies over the years is like saying I breathe every day. I have worked with 4 pharmacies over the 27+ years and there are reasons for that. One, I end up spending so much time going to specific pharmacies as I have my meds filled at least once every month, sometimes two or three times. You end up weeding out the problem pharmacies and develop friendships with the few you stay with for years? Westcliff and Mike are one of my four keepers due to helping make my already difficult life a little bit easier. Went here because the compounding pharmacy I'd been using couldn't fill a certain common prescription I'd been getting there for the past couple of months for they were missing an ingredient. Mike went out of his way to fill the prescription in 24+ hours and even referred me to a dermatologist who has been amazing to write me a new prescription.
