Not only is their customer service absolutely terrible--they're rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional-- but what's worse is that they also went as far as sabotaging my vehicle. After taking my car in for service, I later discovered that coolant had been poured into my gas tank. Clearly intentional, this is completely unacceptable, beyond shady and should be put out of business immediately. STAY AWAY!! Wow!!! Just wow!! Shocking experience. I went here because of reviews ppl dropped and maaaaaan reviews were misleading. I made appointment and they had staff issues. But hey I was reasonable/understanding. But I guess they took advantage of that. Charged me for issues weren't resolved. Light on dashboard we're still on. oh! heater they fixed it but left me with loud clicking nose. Took em months of repairing again reason short staff. Worst local shop ever. They pay for their reviews and steal from their customers. The owners acted like they didn't know that I filled out a blank intake form and then added fraudulent charges to the invoice. There was no written agreement that an engine diagnosis would cost 300 because other cleaner and more organized places charged less. They keep my car for almost a month. I went in person and called SEVERAL TIMES but it wasn't until a couple of days ago that I get the diagnosis and the cost of diagnosis. It went from cordial to him holding my car hostage and no detailed invoice of the problem with the car. I had to call the police in order to get someone to talk to me or even show me the receipt. if they have to tell you they have integrity its probably not true. I had my car with them for 4 days to charge me for 4 hours of diagnostic work... at first they said oh new vacuum pump, turbo, maybe even a new engine. Mind you I had taken my car in not even 6 months ago to my preferred mechanic and everything was fine. I only came to them cause I was in a time crunch and they were available. I realized quickly I needed to get my car out of there before I wound up just buying a new car from them. When I had asked them when can I pick up my car they said sure maybe tmw or day after next.... then went radio silent. The shop owner said he lost his phone and couldn't get back to me. 3 days later I finally get my car back. At this point they walked back all the work, they said I needed to an oil change, camshaft replacement, and timing cover starter. They didn't even bother changing my oil after paying them $400. I decided best to wait and go to my usual mechanic.... he said I just needed an oil change. that's it $100 bucks and a few hours later on my way with my car back in action. This place is a mess. I first took my car here back in December 2020 since it wasn't starting. They diagnosed a starter issue. Fixed it as well as replaced the battery. Fast-forward to February and it was again having issues with starting up. I figured since I had it fixed at Integrity in December for the same issues, I would call and see if maybe it was a battery issue with the cold temps, they could replace it since it was still under warranty. I had the car towed to them and they took a while to diagnose (also took a long time to diagnose back in December) that it was an issue with the alternator. Had it fixed. Then a couple of days later, they texted me to say that there was an issue with the power wire that runs from the battery to the front of the car (it's a 2008 bmw). Since the cost for this was to high, I declined to have it repaired. Since then, I've told them to just get the car to start, I will go in and pay for the costs I approved, and for them to return the car to me. The mechanic tells me that the front office guy left and hasn't been able to reach him. I gave him plenty of time to get that sorted out but now, 2 months later, and I STILL don't have my car back. The guy keeps telling me that he's been trying to sort everything out and that the cost for the repairs is higher than what I'm telling him even though I sent him pictures of the messages I sent to the front office dude saying what I had approved and for how much. Seems like a scam to me to say it's this much then not honor it just because some dude left, even though I have evidence. DO NOT go to this place. They take forever to respond, even when the front office guy was there and take a long time to get to repairs. Now, with the front office guy gone, the mechanic keeps telling me there a 50 cars and that he's on the phone all day. As if it were my problem. My car has been there for 2 months now! This is very unreasonable. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else! read more

I found this shop a few years ago, and was pleased to find that they're true to their name. Until recently, service and estimates have been quality and timely. I'm not sure what happened. I brought my vehicle in for repairs and estimate on a recent morning, and was surprised to find my vehicle in without repair or an estimate for my 5 requested repairs. An hour before closing, they scramble to complete my least important repair and promised to have an estimate to me the next day. That was a week ago. I've spoken with the owner, his wife, and his father, who've all given their word that I'd receive my quote day after day, for a week now. Add insult to injury, his father hung up on me, after calling the shop, requesting the estimate. I'm not sure what happened to this shop, but save your money and go elsewhere. Unfortunately, integrity and customer service aren't what this place is about anymore. read more

I bought a used Mercedes, that has given me hell, and I took it to Rusty and his team. They were amazing. I had a lot of work to do and they made sure it got done right. I eventually had to take the car to Mercedes for a technical service bulletin. Where I received my car in worse condition than I sent it in. New leaks, a damaged radiator, and my car was filthy, (after I recently had the interior steamed clean). Rusty called Mercedes and tried to fight the good fight with them, regarding the work they'd done. The team is solid, they do great work, and they endeavor to make sure you're happy. Rusty talks a lot and makes sure you understand what's wrong with your vehicle, as well as any options before he fixes anything. They can take care of my Mercedes Benz anytime. read more

I'd go 4.5 stars. Took my '03 forester in because it was overheating. Paid them $500 for a new radiator and a week later the car overheated again. I took it in and they put more coolant in and sent me on my way. A week later it started overheating again so I brought it back and after a great deal of tests they finally found out the head gasket had a small leak in it (likely got damaged by the faulty radiator). I told them I did not want to pay the $2200 to get that fixed because the car itself is not even worth that. They understood and ended up jerry-rigging the thermostat (drilled 2 holes around it to allow more air to circulate) and some other little things to try and make the head gasket last longer so I could get a little more life out of the car - all free of charge. I know this sounds like a somewhat negative review but they were great and patient with my car (and me...) and at the end of it all I did not feel taken advantage of. As a young woman with an old car that's always something im conscious of with mechanics. Rusty also got in touch afterwards to thank me for my business and to keep him updated on how the car runs in case the jerry-rigging can help another customer down the line. Their communication as a whole could use some work (I always had to call in for updates) but they are all nice guys who really know their stuff!! read more

Everyone knows how stressful finding a trustworthy repair shop can be (or maybe that's just me...). In any case, I waited until the last minute, and needed an oil change before a road trip. I had called around everywhere, and no one was able to take me. I called integrity and never looked back. They were busy, but gave me a time I could drop the whip off and expect it to be worked on. True to their word, I drive right in and received prompt friendly service. They changed my oil and replaced a headlight for me, at a cheaper rate than anyone else had. I have been waiting almost two years for my car to be returned dropped it off on a few occasions for issues that occurred after the initial repairs back in 2019 and the last time I seen my vehicle was pre pandemic 2020. Not sure what happened...went to them about a year ago for an issue and (besides some staffing shortages) they were prompt and fixed the issue right away. A little overpriced but happy to support a local business. Now I have the same issue (which seems a little suspect) and all I was told that my warranty was over 1 year old (by 3 weeks) and there was nothing they could do. No offer to take a look at it to see if it was an easy fix or anything. Not sure if they got new owners or new employees but pretty disappointing overall. read more

I was leaking power steering fluid. They found that it was a rusted pipe that carries fluid to the power steering cooler. The part was 190.00, their labor is 120.00 an hour. My total was 265.00... Only issue I had was I had to wait a week for my part to come from a mitsubishi dealership.. Every one was nice enough. Car seems fine so far.. Sigh....cars. ....btw. I have a 2004 Mitsubishi Lancer sportback. At least I know of another decent repair place now! read more

I've been loyal to these folks for several years and two different cars. They always seem to do good work and Rusty is a straight-shooter. On a few occasions they've done nice complementary things like lending me a portable charger when my battery died (I lived on the block at the time). I'm not sure how their price compares to others but it's well worth what they charge if only for the peace of mind that honest, capable people are taking care of your car. Just keep in mind that they can get pretty busy so plan ahead as much as possible. read more

I'm so glad I took a chance with this company. I only found the one yelp review and I was nervous because I've had some bad experience with auto repair over the past few years but this place was great! I took my car in for several repairs (headlight connection, oil change and a windshield wiper) but there was a seriously bad and loud click or ticking noise. When I arrived on a Monday morning, I told the service guys about the noise and about the other minor things that needed fixing. I told them I was leaving town on Tuesday but if I needed to leave the car I could send someone over to pick it up. They reassured me they'd get the work done that day. Needless to say that alone shocked me. The last time my car went in for some work, they kept it for several days claiming trouble getting parts for my foreign car. By 11 am that day, I had my estimate (which was about half what I was expecting) and was told I could pick up the car by 3:00 pm. They had determined the noise to be my brakes. They absolutely charged me a fair price. They also fixed my headlight, unlike the previous shop which charged me $100 diagnostic and $100 to replace the part when the same thing happened in my other headlight. This place charged me just $35 for the repair of my existing headlight connection. As for their customer service, I thought it was great. I especially liked that they verified I didn't have any outstanding city tickets before asking me if my car could be parked on Elston until I came to retrieve it. I was fine with it being parked on the street and I just thought it was cool that they double checked! I will definitely be taking my car back there for any future repairs! I'm so grateful I found this place and I really appreciated their amazing customer service and a job well done! read more

How I wish I had found these guys years ago. They know their way around the engine bay of a Euro brand but won't stick it to you just because it's not a Ford. They recently did an alternator and a battery for me and charged me barely more than I would have paid for the parts alone. I had nearly decided to ditch my Euro cars because the repair bills were stupid. After finding this shop, I have decided to keep at least one of them for a little while longer. I had a flat tire & had no clue how to change it... I called in and they were very nice & flexible and told me to come in. They showed me that they couldn't patch up my tire bc there was already work done on the spot that was leaking air, but in the meantime, they replaced it with the spare that was hidden away in my trunk - free of charge! They could have charged me for the time & labor but I can see that's what their business is all about & they truly live up to their name! I had my N54 Tuning downpipes installed on my BMW 335i (N54). The installation took longer because of the fitment issues which is normal for aftermarket downpipes. It took them longer as expected because of the issue but I was charged at a very fair price. The car sounds a lot better and I can definitely feel gain in power. Less turbo lag and faster spool. I recommend these guys to anyone that needs work on their cars! read more

I've been using Integrity Services for about 9 years now. In the past I had my 2006 Audi S6 worked on here and then I upgraded to a 2012 MB C63 AMG. My toy car was always taken care of the right way. Then I traded my toy for a BMW M5. All my vehicles had their engine and trans oil serviced,brakes and air and cabin filters.
