For the most part, all the doctors that we've seen have been amazing, the exceptions being a few times that my children's visits were not recorded correctly and still have yet to be fixed even though I still have the documentation from those visits. Before they became Stay Well Family Medicine and moved to Colby, they were on Broadway and their support staff were always warm and friendly, responsive to patient questions and concerns, and proactive at problem-solving any issues brought to their attention. Now, however, since they've become Stay Well Family Medicine, their support staff leaves an immense amount of quality customer service to be desired. Case in point: I logged into our patient portal through Charm yesterday to double check my children's appointment times for their well-child checks, and noticed that my daughter's name was spelled incorrectly, and it was not reflecting that she's been seen since 2019. So I called, which happened to be after hours, and left a voicemail with my concerns, asking about the issue that I noticed. I received a call back today from their front desk lady, I don't recall her name. But by the sound of her voice, she's the regular receptionist for them. She let me know that on her side she can see that my daughter has an appointment and wasn't sure why I can't see it on my side and proceeded to tell me that I need to call Charm to ask them why. I respectfully voiced my concern about asking the patient to call on an issue that has to do with their tech since I've worked at a health clinic before it is never the patient's responsibility to call tech-support to ask about a tech issue, that it is the clinic's responsibility to do (please bare in mind, I was truly kind, not just a perspective thing: calm voice, kind words, didn't raise my tone. Since I've been on the other side, I get communication with a disgruntled patient/parent can be challenging, so I was as gentle as I could be with my concerns). I acknowledged to her that I understand it's not her fault but I would request that they look into it please and let me know what's going on - if there was some kind of an issue with the records not being uploaded into my daughters chart. I voiced concern about not seeing her records and that s been an issue in the past too. I didn't even get the chance to ask her about the spelling of the name before the receptionist cut me off saying it wasn't their job to do it and passed me off to a doctor because she got so frustrated with the conversation with me. I then spoke to Dr. blow who looked into it - turns out it was the spelling of my daughter's name. Dr Blow sent me a new link to get the problem fixed, which was thankfully an easy resolution. I thanked her and said I appreciate that she helped me problem solve through it. and also attempted to acknowledge again that I understood it wasn't her receptionist's fault this happened, however I don't feel that it was my responsibility to have to call Charm to fix it. Dr Blow then proceeded to snap at me that "not everybody has the same tech talents as other people and so it doesn't fall to them to problem solve tech-support, that's the patient's responsibility" and then she wouldn't even let me talk after that and said "well, we'll see you next Tuesday. Thanks so much for calling. Have a great day, bye." I was dumbfounded. Unfortunately even though we love the doctor that we normally see, Dr. Sambrano, and have been seeing her for several years now, based on this experience, which has been horrible, it seems like we're going to end up having to find a different naturopathic clinic to go to. If they can fix their customer service Issues this would be a great clinic to be seen at. Sadly, with the current way they're treating patients, I can't recommend it any longer to family and friends.

I understand that…read morehe is no longer affiliated with Purity Integrative Health; however, I feel it is important to speak about what happened in order to find closure. I underwent a mild HBOT treatment with him and completed four sessions. I felt significantly worse afterward and was never given a proper explanation as to why the treatment did not work or why my symptoms worsened. I believe I lost a meaningful portion of my quality of life as a result of what I consider a faulty or inappropriate treatment. After these sessions, the clinic stopped responding to my phone calls and emails. This lack of communication was distressing and left me feeling abandoned. I am reaching out in the hope that Purity Integrative Health can help me find clarity, accountability, and closure. The holistic health industry is not simply about positive marketing or appearances--it involves real responsibility. Dr. Dan Morlan also stopped responding to my emails when I attempted to discuss my concerns. Too often, individuals avoid accountability for problems they helped create, and unfortunately, this is not uncommon in medicine. At the time, I considered letting the matter go. However, I now suffer from ongoing and severe brain fog, which I strongly associate with those treatments. No amount of positive or misleading reviews can negate my lived experience. This situation is serious. I sincerely hope that Purity Integrative Health will help bring justice, transparency, and peace to this matter.

I received a bill, that I had already paid, two years beyond the service date. I went back and forth with them for quite some time and eventually, they agreed to drop the duplicate bill. However, I don't think I should have to defend myself against payments I've already made. I would expect that the billing department be capable of keeping track of payments if this was a professional establishment. I received another bill on Friday for services from June of last year - well I tell you what, I've never received a bill for these services until now, and they had the nerve to charge me a late fee. It makes me wonder if they are really doing so poorly that they have to send bills years late to cash out on late fees? Do they need the extra $10 that desperately? I have requested a copy of the invoice number and date of the last invoice sent to me and we will see what they say. Overall, the service I received at the old location was good. The new location, I was disappointed, My bill says that I am no longer welcome back, for not paying the bill, that they didn't send me until a full year had passed. Unbelievable. RUN!

Michelle has been my naturopath for years, and I can honestly say she's one of the most trusted voices in my health journey. What I appreciate most is that she truly listens. Not the rushed kind of listening you find in so many offices, but the kind where you feel seen, heard, and understood as a whole person -- body, mind, lifestyle, and goals. She helps me make healthy choices that feel realistic and empowering, not overwhelming. Whether we're talking hormones, inflammation, stress, or just navigating this season of life in my 50s, she approaches everything with compassion, curiosity, and deep expertise. Michelle blends science with intuition, and that balance has made all the difference for me. I trust her completely -- not just with my health, but with my long-term wellbeing. She's guided me through changes, challenges, and transitions with grace and steadiness. If you're looking for someone who will partner with you, support you, and help you feel your best at every age, Michelle is exceptional. I'm so grateful for her care and her heart. -- Shelly Valentine

People who came after me were attended to before me. This is after canceling my first appointment on Nov 12th just a few hours before the appointment. They just texted me on the morning of the appointment saying my appointment is canceled and I had to call them back twice before I got another appointment and that was more than a month away on Dec 16th. I just saw another review for Dr. Goldsmith that says that she does not show up for appointments and is bad with following up on patients. The reason I went for and the prescription to be sent to my pharmacy was not sent despite calling and letting them know twice. There's no access to the doctor once you are seen. It's also the doctor's responsibility to make sure this is done and it does not seem like they care. After I called and left a message the second time the medical assistant called me and literally shouted at me saying she is done her job and there was an issue with the pharmacy despite me trying to explain that my other doctor sends prescriptions here all the time and I have never had an issue and also the pharmacy going out of their way to check on it. Have never had this kind of experience visiting a doctor's office. People always go out of their way to make the patient comfortable. Will never go back or recommend this clinic to anyone. This is not the way to treat patients who have come to see a doctor for an illness. I never write reviews and never a negative one as I know how hard people work to keep a business running. I had to write this as I don't want any other new patients to undergo this ordeal specially when they are seeking healing for an illness from a qualified doctor's office.

In fact, it's hard to relate to the me back then because I have come SO far! Dr. Farinella has been treating me with homeopathic remedies ONLY and I tell everyone about this because it no doubt saved me and brought me back to life. I started feeling better the day she gave me the remedy and almost doubted it could be the remedy but it was and it got better from there! She is super patient and insanely knowledgeable about homeopathy, you will learn all you want to know about it and become more in tune with your body at the same time. Homeopathy is now my first stop for any issue and I am so thankful to have learned about it and experienced the huge improvement in my health and symptoms. I don't have insurance so I have paid cash and the prices have been very reasonable and SO WORTH IT!
