The facility itself is clean, well-kept, and professional. That might sound like a small thing, but after being sent to other places in the past, it makes a big difference walking into somewhere that actually feels like a proper medical office instead of something run down or questionable. I saw Dr. Sunil Aurora, and he was excellent. Very professional, thorough, and--most importantly--he took the time to clearly explain how the procedure works and what to expect going forward. No rushing, no talking over your head--just straight, understandable information. Right now, we're waiting on confirmation from the VA to approve coverage for four treatments, so that's the next step. But based on this first visit, I feel comfortable and confident moving forward with them. If the treatment side matches the first impression, this is going to be a solid place for care.

The office workers were kind and polite. I had no issues in this office. Dr. Giddens is a direct doctor, perhaps not the handholding type, (I have family for that), but he cares and he does a great job. He is in demand, because he does his job well. Even forgetting twice doesn't seem like a valid reason to discharge a patient. So something is amiss. All my testing was clean, I showed for every appointment and I really liked the practice. Anyhow, my biggest issue with CC is the way I was talked down to. The tone and the attitude I tend to call it bullying. I guess I'm not allowed to speak up for myself. When I came to this practice my sciatic nerve had me in awful pain. It had me in the ER 4 times in the last 30 days. The ER Drs told me take 2 additional pills per day until my appointment and to stop coming in because they couldn't do anymore for me. I made my first appointment at CC and I left my CC appointment empty handed with the Nurse Practitioner stating we'll talk about my treatment in 2 weeks. They were dinging me for following Drs instructions. I cannot get my head around how you could watch a patient in that kind of pain and turn your back on them, for that matter how you could talk down to them with an attitude. I'm a patient and person you've never met and down deserve the way I was treated. I've been in PM for 30 years; the ins company won't authorize the surgery and the Drs say I'm not a good candidate. Feels like the walls are closing in on me. The PM Drs say I shouldn't be in that much pain. I explained to the Practitioner what the ER's did for me and she seemed to want to argue about that. She told me the combination of meds they gave wasn't something they would have given me. I cannot help if you disagree with their treatment plan but I assure you that was how they treated me. I provided her with the ER paperwork. All she had to do was call them. While waiting the 2 weeks for my follow up I had to go to the ER 2 additional times. My anxiety is going through the roof wondering if my ER visits will be yet another issue. I'm in awful pain and while I should be happy about an upcoming appointment, I'm not looking forward to the nasty way I'll be treated. As my appointment got closer I finally gave into my anxiety and called and canceled my appointment. I cannot go through this again. To be in this much pain and be turned away and have someone talk down to me is too much to ask of anyone. Something has to change about the way these Drs treat patients in serious pain. Their conscious alone, along with acting like a decent human being to another should be all they need but it's not. This practice is not my answer. If you want to roll the dice and take your chances that's up to you.

I was asked all sorts of personal questions in a super nasty tone, like what have I got going on that I can't come in today? amongst other nasty questions , all while I reminded her of our conversation a week earlier. As a paying customer, I shouldn't be attacked like this by someone who clearly is terrible at her job!!!!

They are exceptionally good at working with everyone's schedule to accommodate timely visits. Tricia at the front desk juggles phone calls, insurance questions, and people coming in the door with great skill and grace. This really is a 5 star experience.
