I am a 100% disabled United States veteran, and I have been refused medical treatment by this practice. Be warned: These people are not doctors, they are politicians. You cannot call yourself a doctor, when you automatically discount treatment options endorsed by the American medical association, without even bothering to take the time to look at a patient's medical history, images and medication history. If you have a blanket rule that says you refuse medical treatments, on a wholesale basis, no matter what the actual patient's case presents... ... You're not a doctor. That's not how science works. Don't waste your time with these people. They are quacks. There is a reason that my required medical treatment is recognized as legitimate by the American medical association, even though my case is rather rare. If my required medical treatment were medically unsound, it would be illegal. I am that one case that causes the medication I require to remain in production. These idiots won't even look at my MRIs. They just turn you down, if there's anything other than cookie cutter, manufacturing line medical care required to treat you. Don't waste your time with these idiots. Find yourself a real doctor. My only problem is that I moved. My medical treatment plan is absolutely sound, as can be further evidence by the fact that I have a doctor who treats me now. I just have to drive 8 hours, round trip, back to where I moved from in Winston-Salem North Carolina... On a broken back that I broke serving my country, and standing in front of bullets to protect you... Until I find a real doctor in this area who wants to practice medicine, rather than line his bank accounts while leaving Veterans untreated in his area, because he cares more what his politician thinks than what his medical school thought. I lived in Florida during the pill mill crisis and this what this place reminds me of, very spartan, cheap interior design, a lot of people standing around with some young PA, doing the initial evals, (ie are we going to give you pills, creams or shots) and the actual Doc covers several location and comes around monthly to do the shot regiments. Here is your Prescription. The Little Fella who came in to see me (PA?) had the personality of a mortician and seemed so unhappy to be in this position. The General staff was very friendly. well, first, I believe my one star review originated from the communication system at Premiere Pain solutions. I was going out of town and needed my prescription 1 to 2 days early which might've been a problem if somebody abused it, but in my case it wasn't but nevertheless it is the law . The pharmacy would not fill the prescription early without communication from Premiere Pain, which never occurred because I couldn't get in touch with anyone I still had another 18 hours before I left I called Premiere multiple times waited on hold many minutes to try to rectify the situation before I went away to move boxes and furniture, knowing that I would be in extreme pain Never heard from anyone I left town and then it dawned on me. You know I possibly I can have the prescription picked up at the right time but in a different state and I was told I could do that I called and left the information where I wanted the prescription to go and guess what it was never sent. I called again three times. Waited on hold many minutes. I got nowhere. Finally, Premiere Pain called me back and told me that the PA couldn't understand why they didn't fill it but you know what he did nothing about it Then I got another call saying that it could only be certain Pharmacy said he could write four in another state or they could be transferred but you know what my prescribers not available for another week ! so I am away moving furniture in boxes having to split two days of pain medicine into five days Going through WITHDRAWAL, taking multiple doses of Aleve and cutting my trip short early in order to get home to pick up my meds and paying a tremendous fee to do that How could you do that to someone who is legitimately in pain! Rheumatoid spinal stenosis, you name it I've got it and I needed my meds! It was horrible. What you did to me Premiere Pain. And when I get back, I will be seeking another facility. read more
