My family just moved here. We moved my 67 year old sister here who is battling cancer. We have been…read moretrying to establish care for over a month. Each time we have communicated with this office we have hit, what seems like, a wall. The administrative staff are rude and attempt to be authoritative and cold. Any efforts made by them are efforts to stall and put patients off. I spoke with E**** this afternoon and explained a dire situation for my sister. By the end of the call we had an understanding that I would bring the new patient paperwork up there and schedule their next available appointment. I clocked out of work and drive my sister to their office. We were met with a very unprofessional E**** and a poor work ethic. I clarified for her that I was the woman she just spoke to on the phone and here's the new patient paperwork. She replies "I'm not going to skip everyone else and give you an appointment". Shocked, I told her my sister needed infusion and this provider was important to this process. She told me "take her to the ER. I'll call you next Monday or Tuesday".

Pat is the absolute best at patient care. She wrapped me up in blankets, put a cool cloth on my head for the nausea. Kay was great at putting my IV in. I even got a free breakfast in the cafeteria. I love this hospital! Novant can't even compare to the professionalism and care that Dosher gives.

I've had lower back pain for a year and had orthopedic and GP care with no results. Now with Graybar for 6 weeks and I'm remarkably better--most of the time I have no pain--and I'm constantly improving. I'm 62, in reasonably good health and cannot recommend this practice more highly. I never post reviews on Yelp but this team has improved my quality of life.

Very knowledgable, positive and a great communicator, but it turned out I needed surgery. After shoulder surgery I went back to Carolina Strong for three months of physical therapy. Sometimes progress seemed so slow to me, but I trusted her, did what she told me (and not more) and slowly but surely my range of motion and strength returned. I can honestly say that I didn't want our sessions to come to an end. I would highly recommend Kalen, Darrelle and Carolina Strong PT. Rob B.

However, the…read moredoctor (Sophia) and technician had the worst bedside manner I've ever encountered from a doctor in my life. The technician asked for me to extend my arm in the air while taking a blood pressure reading. This is not typical or correct. A patient's arm should never be held unsupported up in the air. It should be rested. I said to her " this will surely elevate my blood pressure". Then she stated, "your BP is elevated". you think? The doctor would not listen to my concerns and instead became defensive, sassy, and condescending. I felt dismissed and disrespected throughout the interaction, rather than heard and treated with professionalism and courtesy I would expect from a medical provider.

Tests were completed promptly, and I spent most of my time on a surprisingly comfortable guerney, sleeping off and on. Thanks Josh! Over the three days I was on the floor, I was attended by a number of staff. I'm giving a shout-out to nurse Michelle S. What a pro! She checked in with me more times during one shift than some others did on multiple shifts. Michelle was unobtrusive but thorough. She answered my questions without hesitation and saw to my comfort. An amazing staff member that Novant Health should thank and notice and reward her quiet competence. The PT and MSW planned well for my discharge and helped me prepare for going home without assistance. In total, I would rate this hospital a 9.5 out of 10. Doc Liberty
