The therapy office is in a big building full of different offices.. they are on third floor . You walk into narrow waiting area and when you're called back it opens up into full pt room with big picture windows.. warm and inviting! I had pleasure of working with Jai. He had me walk to see my posture then took me into side room where the inserts get made. He was very nice and the process was pretty amazing.. he pulled an insert/pad down.. put it into warmer oven and when he pulled it out put my foot on it he took hands and molded it to my foot then glued a cork type heel pad and grinded it down until he seemed happy with it.. gave me care instructions and told me if I was in any way feeling it wasn't right he'd correct it. Everyone I met seemed very happy with the services they got and staff was genuinely caring to their clients.. if this office was closer I'd go here for my pt! And insets felt so different and wonderful it made me hopeful that I'll be feeling better in no time

Pat is the absolute best at patient care. She wrapped me up in blankets, put a cool cloth on my head for the nausea. Kay was great at putting my IV in. I even got a free breakfast in the cafeteria. I love this hospital! Novant can't even compare to the professionalism and care that Dosher gives.

He explained everything where I understood it. He's very knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner. But, the star of the show as far as I was concerned was his surgery scheduler,Bree! I cannot say enough nice things about her. She really really cared that I was in pain and did a lot of work to get me in on December 23rd, 2025. Which is only 2 weeks after I start this process. She was funny and knowledgeable and really really cared about me being in pain. I can't say enough nice things about her. If there were more people in the world like Dr Hocker and his team, it would be a better place to live. Thank you so much guys.

So I met with Dr.boley who was amazingly nice, welcoming and very knowledgeable when it came to my past surgery and plans for the future. I unfortunately had to wait a while to be seen but everyone was really nice and helpful. I'm very pleased with the service and how this facility is ran. I haven't met many doctors who specialize in orthopedics who were so friendly and made me feel comfortable and who also explained my xrays and options. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone with orthopedic needs.

I kept saying yes and crying loudly. The therapist actually ruptured my ovarian cyst and I could not walk for several days. My wait time to se the therapist was over an hour and most of the time was spent trying to sell me more services and devices. I would not let these people ever touch me again!
