I personally got referred by a friend after spending nearly $700 at Honda just for an oil change and a transmission fluid flush... Broke my heart and my wallet. Seanpaul and his family are very friendly, welcoming, and their work is completely honest and transparent. From my quote, I'm able to see how much the car parts costs, and a break down of the labor costs as well. That means you don't have to ever second guess what you are paying for like at dealerships. They are very flexible with car drop off and pick up times. You can leave your car here overnight or drop it off in the morning and pick it up the same afternoon depending on what work needs to be done. The shop is very clean, plenty of seating. I left a review three weeks ago. This is an update. I paid them to fix my a/c that was blowing hot air. I don't think that he did anything to it at all. It's still blowing hot air. I don't drive that car much which is why I just discovered it. He also caused a problem with my car where it wouldn't start, starting with when I picked my car up (after four days). We got it started and brought it home, but the next two times we tried to start it took many attempts. Called them and they took the car back and had it another four days. Finally called to tell me it's something to do with the fuel system and that he'd take it apart to figure out what was wrong, if I wanted. At this point I didn't trust him and took it elsewhere. Turns out there was absolutely nothing wrong with anything to do with the fuel system. All it needed was a new battery. They somehow ruined the original. It was fine before I brought it here. It started first time every time until they 'worked' on my car. It now starts first time every time with the new battery. Getting paid for work that they didn't do, or do poorly, is all that I experienced with this company. They also almost caused my car to catch on fire by installing one of the four brake systems that I had done, wrong. It almost caught on fire. I have a video of it. Now I have to pay someone else to fix my a/c. I'd take them to small claims court, but I've decided to just leave my review and let it go. read more

My van has been sitting at integrated motors since January 2020. Today is July 13th and my van is still at this shop. The owner has been extremely difficult to talk to and I've had to file a better business bureau complaint and a bureau of Automotive repair complaint to get any answers. I have a service contract for my vehicle that pays for most repairs. So, naturally Sean-Paul, the owner tries to get the warranty company to pay for a full engine replacement on my van. Sean-Paul cannot, however, provide the warranty company with the proof needed for a full engine replacement. On a 3-way call with the mechanic and the warranty company, the warranty company approves an oil pump repair and requests the heads be sent out for further inspection. This was in March. I called over and over, week after week trying to get any information but Sean-Paul had every excuse in the book. He didn't have a babysitter, his lift broke, he's waiting on the parts, his employees are sick. Never once an "I'm sorry" or "I'll make this right" just excuse after excuse never telling me the truth. He is now being investigated by the bureau of Automotive repair for fraud. The last time I spoke to Sean-Paul he told me he didn't want to finish working on my car and then after I filed a complaint his wife calls and says my van will be ready "next week". Same bull as always. This guy is that mechanic that gives mechanics a bad name. I hope he's heavily fined and learns how to run a business professionally in the future. I feel like you've robbed me and my kids, Sean-Paul. How would you feel if someone robbed your wife and daughter, Sean-Paul? That's how you've made me feel; completely taken advantage of and violated. I've cried almost every day for months. Every time one of my friends or family members calls me they ask the same question "do you have your van yet?" They all know what shop has my van and the turmoil Sean-Paul has put me through. I'm here to let other people know how he has treated me and my family in hopes he never ruins another family's life. The bureau of automotive repair agent said when he inspected my van it smelled like raw gasoline had been spilled or poured onto the inside of the vehicle My life has been very stressful these past 2 years with my mom passing while I was pregnant and then my grandfather a year later, all while being a full time mother and Sac state student studying applied mathematics. Then Sean-Paul steals my van for 7 months and pours raw gasoline inside of my van where my baby's are supposed to sit! I hate him for doing this to my babies. I hope your wife talks some sense into you. UPDATE!!!: I finally got my van back after almost 8 months. My baby stroller was missing, my umbrella was missing, my flashlight was missing, my kids school pictures were missing, all of my papers had been gone through, I found broken glass, I found a random engine oil dip stick under the seat, and a random man's watch in the trunk of my van. I had my van towed to the dealer because Sean-Paul said there was a transmission code he couldn't resolve. The dealer said the transfer and output speed connectors were swapped and was causing the transmission code. And after test driving the van for 10 minutes the check engine light was back on. That was the very reason I took my van to Sean-Paul in the first place. ‍ The nightmare continues.... read more

I am writing this review, due to the fact that my experience was absolutely terrifying. I was recommended to this mechanic Co INTAGREATED MOTORS. It was my first time there. I have a Jeep Wrangler that needed assistance as the motor was not running properly. Testimony Once left there as advised for proper diagnosis, I had to call in for frequent inquiries, however every time I would call in I was giving a BS*** story about what was wrong with it and how they are getting it taken care of. Weeks would go by, I was the only one doing the follow-up. I was finally told a month later after the initial drop-off that they found the part needed (Gas Tank). It was however at a remote location, and I was given the runaround about when it could be picked up, and or shipping it to them. I finally said I would go get it! Please give me the address for pickup?? They then quickly scrambled around giving me more stories about how they can now go get it in a week, due to the fact that they were going out that way anyway.... Followed up with more excuses never and apologize or an "my bad!" Please know we are well into a month now, when I called for another follow-up, I was told, "oh yeah, your vehicle is ready for pick up..... WHAT?!? I wish I could say that my misery ended there, but it did not. The moment I went to dive off there lot the Jeep started to die again. It was diagnosed with a Gas Tank Leak, the same new one they just put in and supposably was a nightmare for them to find and get. There BS*** excuses. I have evidence and proof of this and will explain shortly. As this company was barely able to get this tank in the first place, how were they going to get a good replacement and now we are going into month 2. As my last straw, I had it towed on my dime. Please note, I have been paying them up front for their ill-willed services and horrifically manufactured, malfunctional parts. When it arrived at the new mechanic "Cloak Works" Who RCVD a fantastic review... Found the tank, and additional parts needed to fix my Jeep within days. This goes above and beyond proving with evidence, that INTAGREATED MOTORS are Liars, Vindictive, Manipulative and all around NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY! Unfortunately, we are not able to let this go. When we returned the bad tank to Integrated Motors . We were told that due to the fact a different company took it out to be replaced, we lost the warranty. We are out that money, including the original upfront cost. Thousands of dollars. Thank you for your time, our time is very valuable! read more

I called in to see if they could give me a quote to fix the headlights on my Lexus. The person I spoke to on the phone (Bud) did not sound like he was trying to up-sell me on anything. He asked me to come in so that his team could take a look at what type of lights my car needed and gave me a reasonable estimate. When I came in, I was immediately helped. They were able to fix my headlights on the same day that I called. I felt comfortable hanging out in the office until my car was done. I even spent a good 30 minutes chatting with one of the owners (SeanPaul) about random things, and played with his daughter and two dogs. They gave me a homey vibe when I was there. THESE GUYS ARE A GODSEND Me and my friends were driving from Oakland to Tahoe when my check engine light started flashing on me. I pulled off the next exit and called to a couple of different shops when we found this GEM. Mechanic came to ME to see if it was safe to drive it to the shop or if it needed to be towed. Ended up replacing the engine on my Volvo XC90 and now my car runs better than when I bought it. Really fair price for NorCal since I grew up in SoCal and I felt informed and updated on my options and what was happening for every step. Gonna plan on making a trip out to Sac for tune ups and oil changes every 5 months because I trust these guys so much and it's not easy dealing with Volvo's. I choose this place based on their reviews and hours. I brought my car here to fix my check engine light (emissions issue). They fixed the check engine light but a few days later it came back on. I brought my car back the following weekend and they fixed it free of charge. They were very nice and explain to me exactly what the issue was, they had to order the part which took about an hour to arrive. My car did pass smog, yay! I appreciated the customer service, their were very friendly and provide great service. I have been very fortunate to find excellent auto repair shops wherever I live. Integrated Motors is most definitely one of them. My car wouldn't start at a business on Auburn and Garfield - it was a Saturday afternoon and all of the auto shops (that could diagnose the issue) in the area were closed. I hopped on Yelp and found Integrated Motors was open so I immediately had AAA drop it off there. Sean Paul and his team are amazing. Not only were they able to diagnose the issue same day but they fixed it too! Luckily it was a small easy fix they could knock out quickly and they're open on Sundays 8-12 so I picked it up the next day! What's even better about this shop is they're part of the "Certified Auto Repair" nationwide warranty network - I've never even heard of this! It's 24 month/24,000 mile coast to coast nationwide warranty coverage and roadside assistance and Sean Paul said even my minor repair is covered. Sean Paul and his wife Kathleen are what this country is made of - courageous people who go ALL IN to buy and run a business to build a better life for themselves and their daughter. My daughter had just moved to Sacramento and her car died just as she was going to sign papers for her new job. The car needed to be towed and it was just around the end of the day. We searched yelp, having no other resource being new to the area. We called and spoke to the owner, Sean Paul, who was awesome! He waited after hours to receive the car and a very upset daughter, and treated her with great kindness and respect. The car needed some significant work, which was intelligently and thoroughly explained over the phone to both us and our daughter. The work was performed quickly and very competently. In putting everything back together and testing the car it was discovered that the radiator fan had also been damaged. Sean Paul immediately said he would replace that for just the cost of the part, no problem. Communication-from everyone in the shop was outstanding and when we all went to pick up the car, they had even washed it! Their work is warranted for two years as well. We feel like we have really lucked out to find such an intelligent, conscientious and kind mechanic and business! I took my car to this Auto Shop in June 2021 and it has taken me this long to write a review because I first needed to go thru all the formal steps to seek a resolution before scorching them. They were recommended by a family member who liked their work on his American cars. I needed some Mounts and an oil pump change on my 2005 Acura RL. Otherwise, she was in pretty good condition and still purred like a kitten. I dropped it on June 12th and he said it was ready on June 13th. When I picked up my car to drive back to the Bay Area it was a car I no longer recognized except for the physical features on face value. It felt as if their was no traction on the road and I felt every crack, crevice, bump and motion on the road. It was as if I was driving a low rider I did not sanction. It had a loud rough sound that never existed before and the steering was shaky. I was in a rush to get back to the Bay so he said to bring it back and he would fix it. I owned this car since 2011 and always had Acura work on her but their price tag was beyond my financial ability at the moment. I returned the car a second time. Dropped my car off again 5 days later and got a rental at their expense. Picked it up a week later with ad additional expense for the radiator and it was still loud, rumbling and something from underneath my car started dragging on the freeway. I went directly to a brother's house and he was surprised by the lack of professionalism and parts hanging loose under my car. The bolts were missing on the piece that sealed everything in place. Again, the car went back to him. The last and final time he accused me of delivering a car to him with missing covers to my engine and battery under the hood and proclaimed it had been in an accident. Unfortunately, The family relative that referred me to him believed this and approached me with this absolute lie and fabrication. Parts were removed from my car while in his possession. Needless to say, me and the family member endured some problems as a result. By the time I received my car back for the 3rd time, I not only had to accept the fact that my car would no longer drive the way it use to, but the sound emanating from it, especially when idle, when the air conditioning and any heat was generated, would sound like a motorcycle. It rumbled and shook like never before. I took It back to Acura and incurred a huge bill so it could function on the road. I reported them to the Bureau of Automotive Repair with little resolve so I need to tell my story. They did an absolute horrible job and I have to live with it everyday as my car still shakes and sounds so loud. Acura says it is probably the mounts they put on and I can't afford to have them replaced. It is sad for me to have to live with this because I always loved my car and especially the smooth sound and drive. Acura no longer makes this Model RL and Integrated Motors on Auburn Blvd in Sacramento refused to even reimburse me so I could possibly replace these defective mounts. The owner, Sean Paul , seemed like a reasonable guy and appeared to really try and correct his mechanics mistakes, but in the end I was left a totally dissatisfied and disappointed customer with a car that reminds me every day of their level of incompetence. I highly suggest if you have a foreign car to never take it to Integrated Motors, and then it might be a roll of the dice with your American cars also. Huge Disappointment!!! read more

Great place for getting a used car inspection! Saved us from a lemon!!! And the 2nd inspection was only $70 vs $130 if memory serves. The second car we brought in was the absolute keeper and we knew that these guys were telling us with complete honesty and comprehensive thoroughness. This is a family run business, literally, the owners work together as husband and wife, the quality of work is beyond anything I have seen in corporation type businesses, they don't upsell you on things you don't need, but for your information and safety issues will be noted on items that you have an idea of what to look for in the future. Prices for work is somewhat cheaper than others but they do more than just replace parts, they put everything into your vehicle so that you will walk away with a smile and a few extra bucks for dinner. Sean Paul is super knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I don't know too much about cars, so when my Lexus began feeling bouncy whenever I went over any bumps, I was afraid it would cause further damage if I didn't get it checked out right away. This place is a total rip off i brought my truck in for valve cover gasket that broke the next day like a dumb ass i took another truck there and he told me i needed an alternator i told him i could do that took my truck home and didnt even make it home before the wiring harness caught on fire so whatever he did he did ive had my truck for 12 year's and never had any shorts or bad wiring now im screwed i turn my truck on and the wiring starts to burn he should have fixed the problem don't trust him trust me i got,gotten and good i really hope someone snaps on his ass read more

Save your money and go to a reliable auto repair. They over charge and lie about your car repair problems. I brought my car in for transmission problems and told I needed a new one. I paid $5,800. and waited for a call when it would be ready. I initially left it in July 2022. A month went by and I checked in and was told it would be ready in a few days. Picked it up and Jean Paul assured me it worked perfectly and he stood by his work. The car wouldn't start the next day. I had it towed to them. A few weeks go by and I have to check in on my car and again in a few days it would be ready. The next time I made it 5 mi down the road before it wouldn't go into gear. Again left it for weeks and again was told it was ready and for the third time it went a few mi down the str.I again left it after paying so much I knew I wouldn't get my money back. After more weeks of waiting I went in and was told that the transmission they put in was faulty and checking with the dealership for a new one under warranty. While Cas waited for a return email or a call from the guy at Dodge that handles it. I had to pay Dodge for a new one and they installed it after paying an additional 5k. I asked to just take my car somewhere else. I was told I couldn't have it because of the transmission warranty on the part they installed. They had the car jul-dec. double gas and time for a two car family to one. 5k two weeks before Christmas. Save yourself and go to a reputable business. Last thing I was told was to bring it back after 500 mi to check for leaks. Are you kidding. You have to check on your work that much. I would never bring any of my cars near that place. I thought after reading reviews I could trust Jean Paul. Big mistake. Silver lining was the washed the car but that's probably getting 5 months of dust off of it. 11k could've gone a long way if I took to someone else to begin with. read more

I found Integrated Motors via Yelp when I was considering purchasing a 2000 Toyota 4Runner from Craigslist in the Sacramento area. The truck had a salvage title but low mileage, manual transmission, 4x4 and electronic locker. SeanPaul completed a pre-purchase inspection for $90 and informed me of a coolant leak and that the frame was straight despite the trucks prior accident. I bought the truck and left it with SeanPaul to have the timing belt, water pump and coolant leak done. I took the train to Sacramento a few days later and to my dismay the truck was not ready at 4PM as planned. SeanPaul allowed me into the shop with the technicians to watch as the work was finished up. Everyone I met at Integrated Motors was incredibly friendly and helpful. I learned so much about the truck I had just purchased talking to everyone while it was worked on. The original service was significantly discounted due to the short delay along with additional maintenance items found during service such as battery, air filter, bulbs, oil and coolant - some of these were added at no charge! The overall experience was excellent. Integrated Motors is one of few customer-centric, family style shops in the area that does not try and perform unnecessary work while maintaining fair prices. I'm so fortunate to have found SeanPaul at Integrated Motors as he is now my go to guy for anything with a motor. I left with a to-do list of worn components to monitor and an excellent truck. I have since taken the 4Runner in mud (Santa Cruz), snow (Yosemite), sand (Pismo Beach) and many miles of highway in between without a single issue.
