Firstly, Craig and Tim were both great to work with. I felt comfortable with both of them from the start. I am a meticulous DIYer, and have high expectations for the work on my house. I also wanted to do some pieces of the projects myself to save some money. They worked around my schedule, and we were able to do everything we wanted. We asked to have regular meetings to connect about plans and progress and to go over any work. Whenever there was something we wanted fixed, they were quick to take action and made things right. They were also always happy to take a call or answer a text, and they kept us in the loop every step of the way. Because I'm used to doing it all myself, and they were usually working while I was away, this really helped me to feel a part of what was going on! Not only was the quote we received from Strong Builders VERY competitive, they stayed on budget! Any increases were due to choices we made along the way and were always talked about in advance. We knew just what to expect and there were no surprises at the end. The whole team was friendly and polite. He followed up on our first meeting with courtesy phone calls to answer any questions I had and to further clarify things I had forgotten and/or misunderstood. Prior to signing a contract with them, Eddie Nisali and Yaron both met with me to answer the additional questions I had come up with and explained every single detail of the process, time frame, and the payment schedule. They were both extremely thorough, very patient, and the cost for the three bedrooms was fair for all they were doing (raised foundation, three-room addition along with a walk-in closet and a pitched roof as well as demolishing a sunroom and a super thick 1970something huge slab of cement) and the materials they planned on using. I am a firm believer in "You get what you pay for." The demolition of my former sun room started in late August and the construction began in early September. We are now in November, and they are well on schedule despite a delay with the city and the amount of time it took to get our permit. The workers are here every single day before 7AM and work hard the entire time, except during their well-deserved lunch break. I am so impressed with the amount of work they do each day, their professionalism, and their commitment to excellence! Throughout the entire process, I have been in very close communication with Yaron Cohen. Any time I have a question, concern, or new idea he is ready to listen and explain what I need to know. Both he and Eddie are very easy to talk to, they're open, honest, and reliable. I am extremely happy with everything so far and look forward to updating this review once the project is complete. They didn't put any support under this new expensive floor and installed it uneven what makes us to believe that they don't have a legal construction license like most of the small general constructions companies in the valley, they just use RMO which is paying other company to use their license. Don't use them in any way, there is no any control check from their management on their workers job , use a professional company for the specific job you need, ware in a process to dispute their payment and take them to small court claims.

I did some Yelp research and decided to go with VN Handyman based on all of the positive responses on Yelp. They showed up promptly to my house and gave me a very fair estimate to make the repairs. I even had them quote me on some additional work I needed done around the house and they gave me a good price. These guys showed up on time and got to work right away. I monitored their progress to ask questions and they kept me informed throughout. These 2 brothers did a great job and I even asked them to come back in a few weeks to do some tile work. I highly recommend their service. They do the job right and charge reasonable rates. Before you call a contractor, consider calling VN Handyman. It was well worth it for me!

I am a single female who lives alone and had two large men yelling at me in my home was horrifying. But even more terrifying? The grey tile in the sunlight. They didn't finish the job -- I am going with someone else immediately.
