Michael Crooks was very responsive as a company rep and everything he quoted was delivered just as he said. The quality of the shower is excellent and we love the Koehler fixtures. We chose black on white to assist those with visual deficits and really like how they turned out! The fold down seat is also a plus for those with endurance challenges! The demolition andinstallation team of Jose, Gabriel and Jairo could not have done a better job! They were timely, efficient and professional. They demolished the shower and tub one day and took away all the debris. Then, the next day, they built the frame and installed the new walk in shower exactly as we requested. They were pleasant to have on our property and we're considerate in where they set up their workstation and parked their trucks. We did have a challenge posed by the installation day with company coming to visit us... And they worked out a mutually agreed upon date that met our needs. I highly recommend this company.. ask for this team of installers! You won't regret it!!

I truly cannot say enough amazing things about this company. I came in hoping to replace both my…read morebedroom windows and the sliding door in my living room, and from the very first interaction, I was met with nothing but warmth, honesty, patience, and professionalism. Nan was the one who initially educated me in the office, and she was absolutely incredible. She took the time to walk me through everything, answered all my questions with so much clarity and patience, and genuinely wanted me to understand what would -- and would not -- solve the issue I was experiencing. Her knowledge and care made me feel respected, informed, and never pressured. What completely blew me away was the honesty. Despite being more than capable of selling me new windows, they were the only shop that told me the truth: the change I was hoping for couldn't actually be achieved through window replacement alone. That kind of integrity is rare and speaks volumes about this company's values. Then there's Roy -- one of the owners -- who personally made the journey out to my home to further educate me. The fact that an owner would take the time to come out himself, explain everything in person, and make sure I fully understood my options is something you just don't see anymore. He was thoughtful, thorough, and incredibly generous with his time. And yes, fair warning -- Roy looks like he walked straight out of a magazine. Be prepared to be completely stunned by the presence of an actual god while receiving some of the most honest, professional guidance you'll ever get about windows. Even though they didn't make a sale this time, Lion has earned a customer for life. I will absolutely return for all my future window needs and recommend them to friends and family without hesitation. Please don't ever change, Lion. Whatever you're doing is working beautifully. Everyone was so kind, genuine, and knowledgeable. Huge gratitude to Nan for her education and patience, and to Roy for going above and beyond by coming to my home. I can't recommend this company enough and wish them nothing but continued success.

I only had a month and I contacted several window companies for an estimate. 1) I compared Milgrad prices with Lion to Home Depot and theirs was cheaper. And also 2-3 weeks faster. Ditto other window companies on Yelp. 2) Very efficiently run. I had my measurements quickly within a day since they knew I was in a rush. I got my windows just in time installed with one week to spare. Installation was quick and easy and took 2 hours for 2 windows. They were fast on communication via email which I love. Also providing me updates constantly. I highly recommend them for window service.

Jon, the owner, was amazing to work with throughout the whole project. He was responsive, honest, patient, and made sure everything stayed on schedule and ran smoothly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in the quality of work his company delivers. The installation crew was also fantastic -- professional, respectful, clean, and detail-oriented. They showed up on time, protected the house during installation, and paid attention to the small details that really matter. The finished product looks incredible and completely elevated the look of our home. What really stood out was the communication and overall customer service. There were no surprises, everything was explained clearly, and the entire experience felt stress-free. It's hard to find companies today that combine quality workmanship with great customer care, but Frontier Windows absolutely delivered. Highly recommend Frontier Windows, Jon, and his team if you're looking for a smooth, professional window installation experience.

(This review includes a response to the business owner's reply)…read more I had a deeply disappointing experience with Paul's Windows, and I want to share it so that other homeowners know what to expect before working with this company. I reached out for a small bedroom window replacement and had one key requirement: that the new window, once installed, provide a minimum clear opening height of 13 inches. The sales associate, Art, confirmed via text that the manufacturer (Crystal Pacific) said it would: 13.1875", in fact. That was fine by me. But when I asked for that specification to be confirmed in the contract, in writing, Art refused. Let me be clear: I wasn't asking for a personal warranty on the product. I simply wanted confirmation that the installed window, as ordered and managed by Paul's Windows, would meet the functional requirement I had clearly communicated. Art repeatedly deflected, referring to "what the manufacturer said," but was unwilling to take responsibility for the result. When I asked for accountability, he became dismissive and eventually walked away from the job. I contacted Paul directly, hoping for a more professional response. Instead, I received a generic brush-off and a claim that the window wouldn't meet the specs, which contradicts what their own sales associate had already confirmed. Worse, Paul didn't acknowledge or engage with any of the valid concerns I raised around basic customer service, transparency, or professional responsibility. Ultimately, I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable. I was hiring a company to manage a job and deliver a specific result. If something went wrong, say, the manufacturer provided a window that didn't meet the spec, it would be on the contractor to resolve it, not on me to go chase down the supplier. That's what any responsible company would do. But Paul's Windows made it clear they don't see it that way. If you're okay with vague communication, contractors who won't stand behind their own work, and potentially being left to deal with problems on your own, maybe this company is fine. But if you want clarity, professionalism, and accountability in writing, then look elsewhere. § Paul's response below is a classic damage control move -- polite on the surface, but full of deflection and quiet rewriting of events. To clarify: the window in question would have met the required 13" clear opening. That wasn't in dispute. Art, their sales associate, confirmed that in writing and was fully prepared to proceed with the job -- until I asked for a simple written accountability. That's the moment everything fell apart. Paul's follow-up misrepresents the timeline and sidesteps the core issue -- not whether the window would fit, but whether the company was willing to stand behind the result they were being paid to deliver.

After signing the contract the windows were ordered and arrived in about 3 weeks. The installation team worked quickly and Art was there to see it complete. Retrofitted the windows to fit in my existing frames to avoid having to work on the wall. Added the grids to match the style of the old windows since I have a condo and HOA would probably have an issue if not everyone's windows matched since it's a shared building.

Now, two weeks later, the windows are fixed and work is completed at acceptable level of quality, as far as I can tell. Still, no accountability was taken for the saga detailed below, the damage to my personal items was not addressed, and it was an overall poor customer service experience with management. Original review follows. TLDR: Multiple windows cracked immediately on installation and I am getting ghosted when I ask for warranty information. I am very disappointed to be writing this review but I feel I have no other course of action at this time besides reporting this business, which I will be forced to do if I do not hear back about the issues detailed below. I contacted Olwin on March 31 about repairing fogged windows. I was encouraged by the positive reviews I saw on Google and Yelp. The experience started out great - my point of contact (Al) was timely and professional and willing to meet me at a mutually agreeable price. I asked for information about their warranty and was told it would be sent over via email. On April 2, a technician visited to measure the windows. After this visit, I paid a 50% deposit on the services. On Tuesday, April 14, two technicians arrived with the new glass. At this time, I realized that I had not yet received the warranty information and requested it again as the technicians began the installation. Once they finished downstairs and started on the upstairs windows, I went to look at the new glass and noticed one of the windows was cracked. The technicians apologized and told me they would inform management and return another day to replace the cracked glass. The rest of the window installation proceeded without issue. Once the technicians left, I called Al and reiterated my ask for the warranty, more pressing now that the installation was nearly complete and that one of the windows cracked immediately upon installation. I also raised other issues that occurred on the installation day, including accidental damage to some of my personal property, and the installation team leaving me with a street-facing window that wouldn't lock. Al was apologetic and assured me he would raise it with his manager Olivia. He said he wasn't authorized to share the warranty information himself but that he would remind Olivia to share it. He asked me to detail the issues in writing so that Olivia could review, which I did. Issues escalated from here. On repeated requests to share both the manufacturer's warranty AND installation warranty, Olivia made mention of ONLY the manufacturer's warranty, explaining that they had not yet received it from the factory, and repeatedly told me that the manufacturer's warranty did not cover broken glass. She ignored several requests for information on the installation warranty, which is advertised on the company website. She also failed to address any of the other issues that I raised. On Thursday, April 16, a technician arrived to replace the cracked window downstairs. All the while I was asking Olivia to contact me or send information on the installation warranty. She ignored these requests and demanded the second payment. Despite not receiving the warranty information, I submitted the second payment bringing the total payment to ~80% of the original quote. When the technician finished, I went down to look and noticed that a DIFFERENT window installed on Tuesday was now cracked. I pointed this out to the technician, who confirmed that it was an installation error. At this point, I am getting ghosted by Olivia/management. I have sent several messages to no response and I have no assurances that the agreed services will be completed, nor that I will ever receive the warranty information. I'm at a loss and really frustrated by my experience. It's worth noting that I had positive experiences with all technicians that visited my house, and with Al. My issue is with Olivia and the rest of management who I have made every effort to communicate with to no avail.
