My experience here was mediocre at best. Part of it can't really be blamed on the company; with the…read moresupply chain the way it is and under a heavy workload, one would expect any repair to take a while, but for God's sake it was a broken laptop screen. I could have replaced it myself for a third the price and a sixth of the time. And next time, I will. That all being said, if business ever slows down over there, and shipping costs and times ever go back down, it's a good place with good service. They charge you a lot for labor, though.

I have used Rick Stringer for years as my computer guru. He is a knowledgeable, honest, Christian…read moreman who loves assisting one with computer problems. He designed and implemented a program to transfer paper documents to a computerized retrieval system that is simple, well thought out, yet usable. My sister-in-law was here visiting and had a broken screen on her iPhone 5c. We brought in the…read morephone. When it was supposed to be ready we went back, but they noticed then that the new display was defective; so, they had to redo the repair. Why didn't they notice this when they did the repair the first time? Also, I was talking to one of the employees when he interrupted me to ask someone else a question. No apology. I started talking to him again, and he did it again. Tried a third time, and the same thing happened. The employees were all generally like this that I dealt with--fairly rude and acted like they didn't really care for our business. All this said, they did the repairs quickly and skillfully. Their communications, though not tempered with care, were technically accurate which I appreciate. Update: After posting this review, got a message from a representative of the store wanting to discuss my review. She was very polite and helpful and was able to make things right with me. Appreciated very much. Improved my impression of the business, so I'm raising its review.

On most recent visit I placed an order in the print department for a small job that they said would take 2 hours. I arrived back 2 1/2 hours later and the employee indicated he was too busy and had not started my job. I went back later that evening a little before closing and it was still not ready. This store is VERY understaffed, the staff that does work there is almost zombie like, they do not greet you when you arrive, keep their heads down until you are the next customer and Management should require employees to wash their hair. Two of the men working there (on up front at cash register & one in print shop) had greasy hair that was obviously dirty. The young man in the print shop also smelled badly.
