You can do 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the late afternoon (that's what I am doing right now). I'm delighted at how wrong I was! Years later, my SO & I are grateful to have invested in TM, all the advanced techniques, & became sidhas. This isn't a scam. All the centers have the same program. This is more than just getting a mantra. You must learn the techniques & once you're practicing regularly you'll understand. Research the science behind it. I waited till 10:10 giving the benefit of the doubt, maybe the teacher was running late and nothing. I called the number and it went straight to voicemail. I find it very disrespectful to cancel a class and don't say anything.
