I spoke to the same woman today at W&H who blithely said, "sorry, it fell through the cracks." So if I had a fire in the last 7 days I would not have had any coverage. I called and a woman said she'd look into it finding my name in their system. After another week -- nothing. I called again and the sane woman apologized and said that Mike Williams will get back to me within a hour with the quote. ( Keep in mind this is thousands and thousands worth of coverage.). I waited 4 more days and called a 4th time and told the woman I never heard from anyone. "Someone will get back to you". Yeah rrrrrright. No wonder Christine left. Living in the Mountains can be difficult finding homeowners insurance, fire, snow etc. But I've been fortunate with Mike Williams at CPI, to take care of things. I've even sent several friends to CPI because of the ease and affordability. As of now, my roommate has auto insurance with CPI, I have renters, homeowners and auto insurance with them. In sum, I appreciate the ease in which my needs are taken care of, and of course the price. I don't do email/docu sign computer stuff, so CPI sends everything via USPS. After finding out it was a mistake we informed State Farm (this office) of their error and no one ever got back to us on why the premium was still so high! Several visits to the office and several phone calls...crickets! We refuse to keep asking so we have now informed them we're canceling our insurance as of Wednesday.
