This place sucks i dont recomend it! They had me waiting for 30 minutes i just got up and left!!

They are quick to sign you up and get your money. THEN They charged me $50 to drop a car off of my insurance policy after I sold it. Plus, they threw on some tire hazard insurance telling me I was going to get it for free but I paid $50. Watch what you sign when they send you E documents..... :( read more

If I could give this zero or negative stars, I would! I went to resolve a couple of issues and add a car to my insurance and at the beginning, Noemi Garnica was already giving negative attitude. As I proceeded with the issues, she could not help but did not offer to even give me a direction to get my issues solved. Freeway has been my broker since 2017 and honestly I am regret giving those years to this brokerage. I will make sure to NOT recommend anybody. Wow best quote I've gotten!!!!! Seriously go here ask for Arely Rodriguez!!! She hooked me up I have a pretty bad driving record and she got me a great payment 100$ dollars less than what I was expecting! Seriously go here even if you already have a policy. UPDATE so when I was there I expressed to Arley Rodriguez that I needed automatic pay set up because I've already payed three different times to reinstate my policy because when I would go online to set it up it NEVER WORKED now I called to speak to her and LIZ answered and said there's nothing she can do for me want me to pay the fee once again. read more

I couldn't be happier to have picked this place I did not only get the best insurance quote but loved the customer service. I was sure I was going to have to go to other insurance to get quotes and thanks to Ziona who was very professional, sweet and extremely helpful I didn't have to. I appreciate people with amazing customer service, unlike other places you go to they look all miserable and don't care to help you. Oh no, not another outlet for a poorly run business model. Read the reviews in other cities for "Freeway Insurance" Single stars all around. My experience, they unprofessional. 4 different sales people called me after 1 inquiry. After I bought insurance elsewhere, they kept calling. One person quoted a price, then another quoted a higher price. They call, start a conversation, hang up on you cause they have to talk to someone else, then call back like nothing happened. 1 star for affordable rate. Just be careful when you sign up. Easy to sign up over the phone. But to cancel is different story. Has to be email a letter. And got the reply said I don't have policy with them. I emailed them back with the insurance card. Waiting for they respond. I rather pay more on my current auto insurance-Wawanesa. Wawanesa covered more and so easy to deal with. $66 per month for liability coverage for $2000 old car. And there is sign up fee. First payment $99 for 15 days. And called them to cancel 08/05/19. Would recommend to shop somewhere else. That's my opinion. If they have problem could call me. read more

Christian was very helpful and ensured I got the best rates! He was very knowledgeable and informative while reading my policy. EDIT 12/14 Freeway is very quick to sweet talk you into a good deal and are very attentive when going over your paperwork, afterwards however, they will ignore your calls and never call back. I was promised a rate decrease when switching to automatic payments. I had signed up for autobilling in August a month after i had first signed up. My auto billing didn't get fixed until last month, and my rate still hasn't been changed. I will be cancelling my policy the moment I can afford to do it. read more
