Wil's team of physiotherapists and massage therapists are awesome! Both my physio (Travis) and massage therapist (Corinne) were amazing! I saw both to help me with existing concerns I had and to improve my level of fitness. Travis helped provide great exercises to help improve my performance and flexibilty while at the gym and at ball. I've played softball for years and I always start day 2 of any ball tournament in pain or with general soreness in my arm from throwing & batting. I saw Corinne to help me with my back and shoulder to help and my results were amazing! I woke up both Saturday and Sunday after ball games the previous day pain free with my arm feeling fresh. When I was involved in a car accident recently, I went back to my team at InSync to help me recover and again I was surprised how quickly I began to feel better. Several years ago I went late to play softball and did not have time to warm up properly. I threw the ball from shortstop to first base and my shoulder began to hurt immediately. It was like that from that point on for the next several years. I thought I would have to give up playing softball forever as it was so painful. I have been seeing Wil Seto for a multitiude of physical ailments i've developed from repetitive movements from my job and personal life and I have to say it is a great experience having him and the team at Insync to heal and fix my issues, he is very professional, extremely knowledgable and easy to talk to. I spent many years trying to find a good physiotherapist, I thought that there was no cure for the pain of my physical injuries, I had pretty much given up thinking that I just had to cope with the pain that had taken over the left side of my body and then some, until I met Wil at Insync Physiotherapy. During my first session with Wil, I pointed out that I also had a lot of scar tissue from a Tummy Tuck surgery; between Wil and Heather treating me with IMS and Medical Pilates almost all of the scar tissue is gone, injuries of many, many years are receding and I can finally start resuming activities that were affected by lack of proper mobility. I have been having IMS in my upper shoulder and neck area. It is helping to relieve my stress. I find Wil Seto to be extremely professional and comfortable to work with. In just 3 sessions, I have noticed an immense improvement in my muscle imbalances and reduction in my chronic neck, back and shoulder pain. With the incorporation of stretches and core exercises that were shown to me during my sessions, I have been able to train smarter and stronger. Before InSync, I had not heard of IMS. When I fell off a sailboat and injured my shoulder, I needed to be ready for work the next day. I called Insync and they booked me with the right practitioner to help me shoulder.
