I called last Friday and Monday I got a quote that is essentially $1830 or so higher a year on my car insurance than the previous quote from 3 months ago. Nothing has changed in three months. Nothing at all. Last August I was involved in an accident but when i called them in April I made them aware of it. Earlier today I received a quote $800 higher a year. It's like why waste my time showing me a higher quote then the one from 2 days ago.

Each month I call in my payment for my vehicle and home owner insurance. When i called in the same date of the month i usually call in. In April Omar had a new young girl answering the phone. I told her I wanted to make a payment. She was too lazy or didn't know how to do phone payments.. so she told me that i was all paid up until May 20th. I didn't understand how that was possible.so i asked her at least 4 times if she was sure. Because i didn't understand how i didn't owe a payment for the month of April. She said she couldn't accept a payment since there wasn't any payment due.so i hesitantly said ok. and hung up. So In May i called to pay my regular payment. And I was told by the person who i usually pay my bill to. He said i didn't pay for April so now I'm owing for Two months. Which was totally out my budget. I tried explaining to the clerk that the previous person refused to accept my payment for April and said i didn't owe anything until May.
