We brought him 2 auto, 2 homes and 1 business policy. Unfortunately, things have not gone well. Sandy, who works with Jim, made numerous mistakes with policy information and their office allowed our second home policy and flood insurance to lapse without even as much as a phone call. We thought we were set up on autopay but were only set up on auto-renew. We had no idea the policy had lapsed and during this time there was a major flooding incident on The Chain of Lakes that we were affected by. Fortunately we incurred no substantial damage. It was only by accident 5 months later we figured out the policies were no longer in force. When we exchanged emails with Sandy, asking why we were not ever called because we would never have allowed our policies to lapse, her response was that State Farm mailed us 3 bills and we failed to pay them. While I am sure what she states was true, we thought we were set up on autopay and didn't think twice about it. What happened to good old customer service? How about a phone call or an email? Given the fact that great service is the only thing that distinguished one agent from another, we have elected to move our State Farm Insurance to another agent who does actually call or email their clients when policy premiums go unpaid just to make sure there wasn't a miscommunication. I highly recommend you seek to find an agent who's attention to detail and interest in serving their clients is higher than Jim Danko's. Very disappointing and could have been a catastrophic experience for us. Thank God it was not.

That kind of loyalty doesn't happen by accident. Insurance can be complicated, but having the right agent makes all the difference. Bill and his team have consistently provided the kind of service that gives real peace of mind. Whether it's auto, home, or life coverage, I've trusted them through every stage--even after relocating 3,000 miles away five years ago. What truly sets this office apart is the people. Over the years, I've had the pleasure of working with Judy, Lynn, Jeanne, and now Elizabeth--each one professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. When you call or email, you can count on a timely response, and when they say they'll follow up, they absolutely do. And every so often, Bill himself will personally check in, which speaks volumes about his commitment to his clients. Yes, State Farm may not always be the cheapest option, but in my experience, you truly get what you pay for. When something goes wrong and you need to file a claim, having a team like this in your corner makes all the difference. Their support is thorough, reliable, and reassuring during stressful times. Even though I now work with a local State Farm agent as well, I will never leave Bill and his office. Their level of service has earned my trust for decades. If you're in Naperville or the greater Chicagoland area and looking for an agent you can truly rely on, I highly recommend Bill Gigler and his team.

Still trying to track down the refund for something i never used. Rude, worthless people. I cant wait to see what other issues pop up during my stay with the company until my home is rebuilt. Liberty Mutual Insurance

O.K. Over two years ago we were planning to move from La Grange to Naperville,IL. One of the…read moreconditions was too find a good Insurance Company. Having seen Liberty Mutual Insurance commercials, we thought we give them a try. We called, and were assisted promptly by Liberty Mutual. Agent was awesome, and several times we called back to get a few more answers to our questions. He returned the calls in less than a day if he was out! Was quite awesome since the State Farm Agent we had in La Grange for over 10 years never set foot in our home to give us a quote on Homeowners Insurance. We lived maybe 6 blocks away from the office! Anyways when we did move to Naperville, we found that our Liberty Mutual already looked at our home before we arrived. They asked to see the home after we became settled in to get a firmer quote for the Mortgage Company. The agent was awesome and spent an hour with us and explained fully what he observed, asked us what we believed we wanted insured etc etc. We agreed on the coverage and the price. So awesome that an Insurance company took a REAL interest in us. Now, however, we have had nothing but problems with this agency. First it was our auto insurance was about to be cancelled for non-payment? Funny we had it on auto withdraw. After several attempts to reach our agent, I decided to go to the office in person. When we sat down, it was discovered "someone in corporate billing changed our address to our old address!" The agent allegedly fixed the problem. We did receive our auto insurance cards right there, same day, info corrected! NOW, we get a notice that this company has been sold to some conglomerate! All it was was a letter. Guess what the billing for auto, home, life are messed up again! Nothing is being taken out. Tried to call our agent several times this past week with no response! Déjà vu! I remember this through State Farm. If you are going to boast in your commercials, you best practice what you preach. VERY Disappointed in Liberty Mutual. Need insurance of course, but come on, when you don't get a response from them gets frustrating. Reading other reviews of Liberty Mutual and now my experience, I concur....Liberty Mutual is a must to avoid. Are there any PROFESSIONAL out there in insurance? Right now does not appear to be.
