All I'm really looking for is a good price, good insurance providers, and most importantly, great communication. So far so good! Thanks Christina, and thanks BWM!

What should have been a quick and straightforward request has been made unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. I am not asking for anything complicated--just basic confirmation of my history with the agency. It is very disappointing that instead of simply providing the requested documentation, I have had to go back and forth over something that should be easy to resolve. Based on this experience, I am very dissatisfied with the level of customer service and would not recommend this agency. Also, for clarification, my name is Rosa, not Maria, in case Nealo would like to respond to my message.
