Richele was very professional, extremely knowledgeable and I did not feel as if she was trying to sell me on products that I did not need. She was very attentive and followed up with me during my transition and when I met her in person, I was very pleased with my choice in agent. I currently have three policies with Richele and I will continue to use her office for any future insurance policies.
