I have been associated with ALL of the Major players in this business, and after having been disrespected, screwed and lied to, most recently in April of 2015 to a cost of nearly $5000.00 by a company based in Madison Wisconsin, I was referred to Kevin's team, which has a small town feel to it! First- Ani , who is nothing short of a saint, is extremely bright, knowledgeable, and just "AWESOME", when she is handling a myriad of calls, emails, dealing with her clients, interfacing with the insurance companies, she stills somehow still maintains a open and cheerful attitude, even when I have had to call her 3-4 times a day to handle my many policies, or when we've had a change or addition! I have referred numerous new people to her, a) because of her total commitment in helping all of my referrals in reaching their insurance needs, while considering their financial concerns, and b) confident that she is dedicated to finding the BEST options for her clients, and c) all the while being diligent, courteous, and staying connected to them!!!!!!! Second- Charlene , who takes the lead in handling the claims, answering any questions about them, and coordinating everything related to them. She, like ANI, is FANTASTIC, warm, charming and a TRUE professional as well! She and Ani work like a well oiled classic car, and it has always been a pure delight whenever I have had the chance to speak with her! BTW: Over the years, I have met with them personally, and I can ensure anyone that they are as real, and genuine as one could ever hope for- when dealing with people in their chosen field! What an amazing place. It is a family run business. They perform miracles! They have an underwriter that works with them and does not say no when there is a claim. I wanted to get away from State Farm whom I have had for 40 years. They are crazy with their rates and I found out if you put in a claim, State Farm will automatically say you are at fault even if you are not. This means that if you are rear ended or someone makes a left turn into you, you are at fault. This is their game to keep you so it is most difficult to leave them. I have talked to many other agencies. It is time consuming and frustrating. This wonderful customer service friendly agency had me get the report from State Farm and the police. They saw this claim stated that a truck struck me. Nobody else did this. They just write you off. He then presented this to their underwriter. She realized I was not at fault. This made all the difference. I got almost the exact car insurance through Erie for $100 less a month and I bundled this with my homeowners. I worked with their son Tyler. He did not stop unless he was able to get me the best insurance at the best rate. I can't recommend him high enough. He is so professional and easy to work with. The whole process was seamless. If you have a situation that needs a little extra attention or you want to change, this is the most customer friendly agency to work with. I can't recommend this agency high enough. Every time I call customer service has been great and I have been referring all my friends and family over to them and they have been very happy with the service as well.
