But my time with this particular office was "fine" though the thing that bothered me the most was the stupid letters and emails I would get from this office/agent saying how much they had valued my business over the many years...when in fact i was only in Chicago 2 years and with him less....I really can't stand when local offices just don't get it right....and they didn't....I know I'm "number" but I'd prefer for business to not come right out and tell me I'm one when they make such stupid mistakes. Did they get my insurance right.........yeah sure..but then again that was mainly the main corporate head quarters doing that....Frank on the other hand couldn't figure out if I was with him 1 year or 10 years?
