When I was shopping for market place insurance I found many agents from big name companies have fudged the truth and in some cases flat out lied. I literally almost gave up hope but Maggie was there every step of the way and made me feel confident. The one thing I love about Maggie she is very knowledgeable and looks after your interest not hers. Other agents I was turned off to the fact they were high pressure and didn't seem too interested in spending too much time. I know most agents don't make a lot of commission selling health care and explains why most are quick to close the sake and move on, Maggie was more interested in making sure I felt comfortable with the policy. I highly recommend her for all your needs and she is probably the only agent I trust.

I've been insured by Farmers for about 25 years. Yup, I'm old. The reason I got Farmers was that…read moreyears ago when Wicker Park was considered the ghetto, Farmers was a lot cheaper there than comparable companies. Fast forward to 2009. I had a major accident last week and my new car was totaled. The other party had one of those fly by night insurance companies. I filed a claim with Farmers and it was effortless. They took care of everything. The amount they offered for my car was less than my loan but I thought it was fair. And I found out they will reimburse me the sales tax I paid on my new car if I buy a replacement. I have other policies with this office and the staff is always helpful and accomodating with my questions. Update: Farmers pays fast. Even though the other party was at fault Farmers is paying all the bills and going after the other guy's company. My car was settled within a few days of the adjuster looking at it and my medical bills were paid in a few days after they received them.
