Upon finally agreeing upon the contract with the dealership, I noticed it was hours past Brians's office hours (on a Saturday). Feeling dejected we couldn't walk out with the car, I emailed him with the expectation of him responding on the following Monday. Within 30 minutes, he got me setup with a new car policy, a rate, and I was able to walk out with the car. A little about my background: I moved to Illinois back in 2010 after accepting a job offer. I came upon Brian after reading good reviews about him. Fast forward to 2020, he's been my agent through my first car purchase, my engagement ring coverage, my dog insurance, my first home purchase, and now my wife's car purchase. You can say he's been at my every major life milestone. A good insurance agent is there for you when you need them the most. He consistently responds in a timely manner and takes time to explain things through if there are any questions. Brian's done fantastic through the past decade. I actually don't live in the Northwest suburbs anymore but continue to use him due to my trust and confidence in his business.

I've truly had nothing but an easy and seamless experience with them, and they aren't even my car insurance company. My car was hit by someone insured by Founders (I was not at fault). Once I got the email address of the adjuster in charge of my claim, it was so fast and easy. Katrina V was my adjuster and she was wonderful! She would reply to every single one of my many emails within 30 minutes or less and made the situation easy. I got an estimate for my car at one of their advised body shops (You don't have to use the shop they recommend, but I think it did contribute to the ease of my situation.) And the body shop emailed the estimate to my adjuster. Then I got a copy of the police report and promptly sent that right over to her. Once Katrina received the police report, which in so many words stated my innocence, she quickly reviewed it and within one hour of her receiving the police report, she emailed me saying they'd cover the entire estimate in full ($2,200) and would have a check mailed out to me the next day. And they also covered my rental car in full as well, on a reimbursement basis. So I covered the rental, and about 9 days later, I received a check covering my rental in full as well ($697.07). The body shop even found more wrong with my car than the original estimate had accounted for, and Founders covered that on the spot as well. And the body shop, their advised body shop, did a great job! Looks good as new. Don't let all these negative reviews scare you. Just contact your adjuster via email and all will be ok!

Report this company to DOI and the BBB and GET A LAWYER! They will fight tooth and nail to give you the least amount possible and never answer until you threaten a lawyer. This place is a scam and probably doing something illicit. No professional company should act like this. They've deleted their business profile on Google so that you can't see reviews this is very shady and this place needs investigating by multiple agencies.
