Thankfully we were all okay, and did not suffer any severe property damage. In 35 + years of having insurance with a few different companies, I have never had a call from my agent asking about my well being and inquiring about property damage. Usually its you calling your agent to make a claim. I can't say enough great things about Andrew and his associates. It really shows how they make their business personal to their customers, when to so many other agents, the customer is just a # or a paycheck. i strongly recommend Andrew and his associates to anybody needing insurance or wanting to switch to a triple AAA rated, 5 diamond, company that really cares about its customers.

I've been with State Farm for over 25 years never having a claim. I recently experienced hail damage to my roof causing water, spots and damage to my ceilings in both my living and dining areas. I had two claims adjusters come out and stated there is damage to the point a new roof is needed. I do have pictures proving my claim. State Farm upon receipt of both adjustments, denied the claim, denied a reinspection and/or appeal. WHAT A SHAME!!!!! State Farm is a RIP OFF!!!! What good are those processes if they sit on the results of those "automated features"?
