Bill Gigler - State Farm Insurance Agent

That kind of loyalty doesn't happen by accident. Insurance can be complicated, but having the right agent makes all the difference. Bill and his team have consistently provided the kind of service that gives real peace of mind. Whether it's auto, home, or life coverage, I've trusted them through every stage--even after relocating 3,000 miles away five years ago. What truly sets this office apart is the people. Over the years, I've had the pleasure of working with Judy, Lynn, Jeanne, and now Elizabeth--each one professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. When you call or email, you can count on a timely response, and when they say they'll follow up, they absolutely do. And every so often, Bill himself will personally check in, which speaks volumes about his commitment to his clients. Yes, State Farm may not always be the cheapest option, but in my experience, you truly get what you pay for. When something goes wrong and you need to file a claim, having a team like this in your corner makes all the difference. Their support is thorough, reliable, and reassuring during stressful times. Even though I now work with a local State Farm agent as well, I will never leave Bill and his office. Their level of service has earned my trust for decades. If you're in Naperville or the greater Chicagoland area and looking for an agent you can truly rely on, I highly recommend Bill Gigler and his team.

    ALE Solutions

    ALE Solutions

    (57 reviews)

The following might help people. There's a fundamental problem with the relationship between ALE…read moreSolutions, your Insurance Company, and the reality of your insurance policy. If your homeowners policy covers loss of use to your home, you probably have a time frame and dollar threshold based on the rebuild cost of your home. "Unlimited" is usually based on cost of rebuilding the home. And there is probably a "reasonable accommodation" aspect mentioned in your temporary housing options. Reasonable is open ended, but at the very least based on how many adults and children lived in the home, and given local ordinances on how many people can occupy a rental home or apartment etc, reasonable generally means you need x amount of bedrooms and something on par with your home. (also including kitchen, bathroom, pets) Your insurance company contracts out finding temporary housing to ALE, who is always going to be limited to what is actually available. DO NOT ALLOW ALE or your Insurance company to put you in a hotel, extended stay, or rental home if it DOES NOT MEET THEIR OBLIGATIONS TO FIND YOU SOMETHING EQUAL or reasonable to your home. And yes, the Insurance company might use unethical means to deceive you of what your entitled to. ALE has an up and down reputation, but it has a lot to do with your Insurance Company not meeting their responsibility of finding a reasonable accommodation. If the only thing available is 3 hotel rooms at the local Marriott. And ALE can't find you a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house with a fenced backyard for your two dogs. YOU HAVE EVERY RIGHT to tell the Insurance company the 600 foot 2 bedroom home offered by ALE SOLUTIONS isn't good enough. You have every right to refuse those offers if they don't meet the contractual obligation in your insurance policy. Stay in that Hotel. Yes, the Insurance Company is going to spend 15,000 dollars a month and wants you out of the Hotel. It is not the customers fault that the insurance company did not realistically handle the housing shortage issues in a market. Nor is it the customers fault that they hired ALE Solutions who doesn't offer a sensible market rate to the Insurance Company on hotels stays, and extended stays. You probably can find a cheaper extended stay rate then ALE Solutions did. In all reality, ALE doesn't have people negotiating rates with hotels, or rental properties at reduced rates. You might think they did. But they don't. You will eventually have an Insurance Adjuster (possibly lying to you) trying to tell you, that you must move out of the hotel because (it's expensive for the Insurance Company). But again, it's not your problem that your Insurance Company is lazy and doesn't have good business practices. ALE is only going to offer what is available. And the entire country has a housing crisis. Good luck finding a month to month temp rental. Don't do it, tell them to honor the contract and F off.

They sent me down the wrong housing department for several weeks while i was stuck in a hotel. Then when they did get me to the right department the people cancelled my hotel before i got into my long term housing without any check in or communication about the new property starting or the hotel ending. Also had me pay a deposit for the wrong departments housing and i have been inquiring weekly for a month now about getting it refunded and never get any return calls or emails. Still trying to track down the refund for something i never used. Rude, worthless people. I cant wait to see what other issues pop up during my stay with the company until my home is rebuilt. State farm should not be doing business with them and just pushes us to them so they dont have to deal with anything. Everyone wants money but doesnt want to do anything for it.
