On a recent call about hail damage, Michalene wanted to disparage the roofer, whether an estimate was provided, etc. The question to her was seeking the process of filing a claim and what the impact on the insurance premium would be. She couldn't provide an answer to the process other than do you want me to file a claim. When asked for an estimate I thought I was asking for the next of kin. Every phone call to this agency is met with laziness and a complete lack of customer service. I am very sorry I switched here. Other than Carol who was the agent selling the policy, everyone else has been rude and combative.
