    I wished I can give a NO START to begin with these people don't believe in new technology…read moreeverything has to be done is person and just for a signature it takes over 1hr just watching them type away and looking at the computer screen I had automated payments and then I get asked to come in and make a payment like I have all the time in the world Valerie and Mark very incompetent at doing there job I asked for a manager call back 24hr passes and never got a call , I am currently 33min in on hold as I'm typing this review not being focused on my work responsibilities because if I don't walk in today I have no insurance because they didn't complete there job when I did go in person 2 days ago If you work a full time job 6 days a week from sun up to sun down this is not the place for you I don't recommend for anyone in general

Usually the cars are old, beat up and put together with spit and glue!!!! Unfortunately for me, I fell victim to such a driver. My car literally was driven off the lot in Alhambra when a " Fred Loya" insured driver pulled behind me at a stop light. He was so close to me that when I looked in my rear view mirror, I could see he was on his phone. It has been nothing but a headache since he HIT ME!!! His hunk of junk was unscathed and he went on with his bad self. Me on the other hand had to make many calls to his lousy insurance and mine. This went on for weeks and I still have yet to receive reimbursement for my car rental. How is it that this driver hits me and I have to pay out of my pocket?! That is so very wrong on so many levels!!!! Thank goodness I have great auto insurance. DO NOT, I REPEAT!!!! DO NOT GET THIS COMPANY TO INSURE YOUR CAR and TRY TO AVOID IF YOU CAN, getting hit by one of their insured drivers! Enough said:(!

Not only are they continuously raising the rates every few months but when you actually need your insurance forget it! Horrendous customer service! The women who work here are rude and dismissive. No people skills whatsoever! This place has really gone down the tubes! Agents don't care about safety, nor do they take their work seriously! Need roadside assistance? Again forget it! They will leave you stranded for 2+ hours...I've never used roadside assistance in over 8years! Last night my car stalled in an intersection and I needed my car towed less than a mile. I called roadside assistance and the agent took all my information and said she would send a text to let me know a time frame. She then released the call. An hour passed and I called back, the phone rang and after 8min. of calling back and being put on hold, another agent picked up and said they haven't even contacted a tow company. Again told me to wait for the text. Another 45 min passed. In the meantime my bf called his triple aaa and they came out in less than 20 min. I will be dropping Mercury and switching over to triple aaa same price, full coverage, amazing customer service and asked about the safety of myself and my child. They really go above and beyond. When I called back to cancel the tow with Mercury they didn't even have the right car, the agent could careless didn't ask about safety literally said "ok" and hung up! Don't make the same mistake I did and stick with a company that doesn't care about it's customers! To put the cherry on top, my parents are elderly and are treated horrible every time they go into the office to pay their insurance! You would think the women who work in this office would have some customer service skills, manners, morals and respect! I can go on but you get the picture! Save your $ and take your business elsewhere!!!

Isabel is the only one that sounds like an adult. Luckily my car was was recovered and I can call Safeway directly. I recommend you choose a different broker . I'm going to buy a new car and will surely change insurance brokers or change to State Farm as my roommate and I can save on a multi car policy.

    three words that best describes Adriana's insurance services... deceiveful, greed, assault. as of…read morejan,2026 i was a loyal customer staring in 1996 to 2026 for 30 years. i had to put up with all the lying from Adriana's managers, insurance agents, aswell as Adriana's H.R. employee's at the La Puente, Ontario, ranch Cucamonga locations. for all who waited on me when I had issues, questions, and concerns it was not about me. it was all about there greed of money. also trying to contact Adriana's employee's by phone is so difficult. I feared going to thier office locations when I think back in 2012 when Adriana's Insurance services lost a lawsuit to a 73 year old man who was physically assaulted by an employee from Adriana's Insurance company. after Adriana's company agreed to settle in june 2014. the old man's attorney was expected to receive a check. instead Adriana's Insurance services. Adriana sent 8 of her employees to the attorney's front office in a van to deliver a number of 5 gallon bucket containers filled with quarters, dimes, nickels. and then just left. also to make matters worse Adriana's Insurance services was aware that the 73 year old man in question had just had surgery for a Hernia repair. making it impossible for the 73 year old man to carry all the coins in buckets. this is how Adriana's Insurance services values her customers. because i see the good in people i still give Adriana's Insurance company 5 star rating

    I've been trying to contact the broker Alejandra R. that I signed up with & I keep getting the run…read morearound! She doesn't even respond to the number she originally texted me from for pictures... The business number printed on the paperwork is invalid & this is beginning to feel like a SHADY transaction!! Upon paying for my policy I was charged 630$ however I was never given a receipt & looking at my paperwork I understand why!! The paperwork is claiming I only paid $304.38 sooo what happened to the remaining $325.62?!?!? I was NEVER told about a broker fee! I was explained the full amount was for the down and first month yet my paperwork shows I only paid $304?!! Can I have someone explain where the rest of my money went?!? Seems like stealing from your clients is the business you're running.
