Our cars and home have been insured by this agency even before David took over from his father. Never filed claims until recently. Our son was driving for Lyft, and got into minor accident on 9/1/2022. Since Lyft has a deductible of $2,000 on their policy, and since the damage was under Lyft deductible we filed a claim under our auto policy. Cecelia, David's Budge agency is very helpful in following up our claim with their claims department. As of today, 11/22/22 nothing happens. Our car is stuck at the repair shop because Allstate claims department refuses to pay the repair shop for unknown reason. We don't think we are in good hands. read more

I've had Allstate for many yrs at first I had some cheap insurance and when I had an accident rentals wouldn't even cover and they wouldn't answer there phone. I hated that they were on top of the monthly charges but never to assist the customers. Right there I know I had to switch agency and we gave it try to go with Allstate best decision of my life. We now been with them over 6yrs and have 2 cars plus renters insurance. Great affordable price with full coverage and ready to answer any questions I have.
