three words that best describes Adriana's insurance services... deceiveful, greed, assault. as of jan,2026 i was a loyal customer staring in 1996 to 2026 for 30 years. i had to put up with all the lying from Adriana's managers, insurance agents, aswell as Adriana's H.R. employee's at the La Puente, Ontario, ranch Cucamonga locations. for all who waited on me when I had issues, questions, and concerns it was not about me. it was all about there greed of money. also trying to contact Adriana's employee's by phone is so difficult. I feared going to thier office locations when I think back in 2012 when Adriana's Insurance services lost a lawsuit to a 73 year old man who was physically assaulted by an employee from Adriana's Insurance company. after Adriana's company agreed to settle in june 2014. the old man's attorney was expected to receive a check. instead Adriana's Insurance services. Adriana sent 8 of her employees to the attorney's front office in a van to deliver a number of 5 gallon bucket containers filled with quarters, dimes, nickels. and then just left. also to make matters worse Adriana's Insurance services was aware that the 73 year old man in question had just had surgery for a Hernia repair. making it impossible for the 73 year old man to carry all the coins in buckets. this is how Adriana's Insurance services values her customers. because i see the good in people i still give Adriana's Insurance company 5 star rating read more

I've been trying to contact the broker Alejandra R. that I signed up with & I keep getting the run around! She doesn't even respond to the number she originally texted me from for pictures... The business number printed on the paperwork is invalid & this is beginning to feel like a SHADY transaction!! Upon paying for my policy I was charged 630$ however I was never given a receipt & looking at my paperwork I understand why!! The paperwork is claiming I only paid $304.38 sooo what happened to the remaining $325.62?!?!? I was NEVER told about a broker fee! I was explained the full amount was for the down and first month yet my paperwork shows I only paid $304?!! Can I have someone explain where the rest of my money went?!? Went to get my son insurance!! They gave me a good quote over the phone but when I went in they couldn't find it. Redid my quote and they gave me a good one. I paid a big down and was told I would have decent monthly payments. Turned out that it wasn't going to happen and gave me a ridiculous rate after that I had to refuse!!! I cancelled right away and ended up finding a WAY MUCH BETTER place elsewhere with much better service!! The girl I got was dry and didn't care about helping or giving service at all!! I'm here to tell you to run. I filled out the paperwork, paid for the insurance and then never got confirmation. No one can find my policy and kept trying to tell me to wait it will be resolved. Then it was we'll refund you and you'll get it tonight. Then tried to sell my insurance even before refunding me the money they took. Couldn't even say, we'll take the already paid for insurance and put it to use. That never came and now I had to dispute my charge with my bank. I wish I could give negative stars. They opened up 2 policies on my car, took money out when I only set up automatic pay for the 1 policy that should have been active and told me the earliest I could get my money back was in 2 weeks and 1 day. Mind you, that's the earliest. It may take longer. I also canceled this policy and they said they had no record of my cancelation. When I told I had the Requisition number they didn't want it. Once my policy ends I will NOT be coming back to this trash dump of a company. I hope Adriana rots in hell! read more

Your life is not worth getting car insurance here. Was a costumer here for years and they recently changed kemper insurance to infinity and doubled in price. This place RIPS YOU OFF!! Thought I had full coverage for years to find out I basically had liability on a new vehicle and to top it off they started taking off or reducing the amount of coverage over time. Horrible customer service. This lady had me sit as I walk in and she's been staring at her computer for 5 minutes not talking to me. Did not even ask me what I need until she was done. She wasn't wearing a mask. Why? At least one other employee was not wearing a mask either and talking in close proximity to two clients. Their phone service is bad as well. I called to ask their office hours and the lady who answered pretended not to hear me because I was speaking English. Once I spoke I. Spanish she all of a sudden heard me and talked to me. DEFINITELY NEVER AGAIN!! Had them for 6 months and that was more than enough. Every single month we had issues with them- either charging THE INCORRECT AMOUNT or charging the account on a different day than they said they would. We went back and forth over the phone with the company and going in person to the office and we got different answers every time. My account was over drafted on several occasions because of them. We told them to take off the autopayment and they STILL charged our account!! Crazy. We had to dispute the transaction with Wells Fargo and they gave us our money back. These people are crooks and the staff in the office acts like they have no clue. We showed them bank statements showing them taking out money on the wrong day.. we showed them the file THEY printed out for us showing when the money is to be taken out..the same day every month. We went through this every month for 6 months. What a nightmare. I'm just glad its over. Dont go here. We're gonna report you guys to the Better Business Bureau. Im pretty sure what you're doing here is illegal. & Don't try to remove this comment either. And how dare they send a rude harassing letter saying we owe $648 or whatever for the renewal of insurance for the next six months. Psshhh!! What a joke read more

Looking for insurance on my first car purchase was hard. I am a full time student and living on my own with a budget. I went online and did quotes and this was the cheapest insurance policy I could find. It all the staff was happy when I walked in and my insurance agent Ligia helped me change my policy according to my needs. I was able to get my boyfriend to get his car insurance at Adrianas as well. Worst Customer Service, experience today ! Today I went in because I had changed me debit card number and needed to updated the debit card with Bristol ins. Because today my insurance was due. The representative from adrianas Insurance right away told me that Bristol had already cancelled my insurance because they tried to withdraw my payment and since the debit card had changed it was automatically cancelled for no funds. She did not even bother calling Bristol and began giving me quotes, I again asked if there was anything that could be done to reinstate my insurance and she said No! I declined the quotes she give me and ask for the number of Bristol she gave it to me but said it was worthless calling that my insurance would not be reinstated I then proceed to call Bristol my self and I was able to reinstate my insurance with in 5mins with out any extra fees ... I got rear-ended way back then and reported it to them, I ended up fixing everything, even I'm the one who ended up talking every single time to the one who hit my car. If I could give this place zero stars I would, I got the worst customer service today from Annabel, she's supposed to be the manager. What happened is that she wanted to put that I was married on my application to make it cheaper. And she also wanted to change my address to where my parents live also to make it cheaper. I was told that the down payment was including the first and last month, LIE!! I was told that my payments would be $60.00. I got my bill and it was for $118.00! Adriana's Insurance does not truly value their customers. Instead of negotiating renewals of policies with integrity and double checking facts that should be communicated between insurance companies and policy holders, they see occasions of confusion between insurance companies and policy holders as opportunities to make a profit, $50 to be exact. Although one can cancel their policy with their insurance company, Adriana's will not offer a refund for lack of quality brokering. I will never renew my policy through Adriana's nor will I recommend them to any family member or friend. In trying to communicate my disappointment with their unethical practices, over the phone, I was cut off by both a staff member and supposed manager. The staff member also hung up on me when I asked not be cut off as a customer courtesy. I suggest using a different broker; one that truly understand and values where their customers are coming from. read more
