Sean was very responsive to my request and setup an appt quickly to check out my rats issue at my attic. after checking he suggested that i should just simply buy some mouse traps to catch them instead of going through all the insulations of my attic which would cost my thousands of dollars. i highly recommend sean's service especially his honest feedback instead of just trying to sell u services that you do not need. read more

Jeremy and the entire Aircom crew were fantastic. Jeremy did a very thorough assessment of our attic and gave us a detailed bid. We were removing old blown in insulation with batt insulation, cleaning the attic, rodent proofing and installing a whole house fan. He answered all of our questions. In addition to being very professional he was equally very nice. The work was done soon after accepting the bid and it was done well. The crew arrived on time, prepared the house to access the attic, worked non stop and cleaned up everything. We highly recommend Aircom. read more

I just got the attic insulation done by them, before that, I called around for quote, their price is the most reasonable, and they just show up do the estimation right away, no bs, no tricks, then on the work day, three people showed up with professional dress, work very neat. Did a parts in the attic include the very small space on top of the guest room, whole process only took less than 6 hours , cleaned up everything and they all took shoes off during the process, really good job read more

Jeremy was awesome. Was very communicative before the trip and educated me on the process when he came by to help clean out the dryer vent. Prices were best compared to the competition! Highly recommend. read more

We had a pretty bad rat problem that seemingly came out of nowhere, and accelerated pretty rapidly, over just a few days. Sean came out the very next day after I called him and took care of the issue with no hazardous chemicals: he and his team found the entry points where the rats were entering our house and sealed them up, and assured me that he'd come back for unlimited follow-ups over the next three months to ensure the issue was taken care of. He did an amazing job. Highly recommend his approach as an alternative to traditional toxin-based pest control! Aircom really gets to the root of the issue. read more

They were the only company that I called, who actually came out to take a look at what needed to be done in order to give me an estimate. The estimate was in the ballpark of what I expected. The technician showed up on the day he was supposed to, and completed the work in a timely manner. The work was completed properly, and I am very happy with Aircom. read more

Sean and team were extremely responsive even though I had to keep moving my duct cleaning date as we were preparing our new home. They showed up on time and the process was completely efficient. Would recommended to anyone and use their service again! read more

Sean and his crew were absolutely wonderful to work with. They showed up on time, every time, the job was done on time and the workmanship was great. Solid communication and they beat every other quote we got. I highly recommend! Lorna Kennedy-Klein Santa Rosa CA read more

Professional, prompt, and got the job done. Are bad all our vents cleaned in a timely manner.

Aircom is the only Duct Cleaning service company that answered the phone the first time I called. That already put them on top of all the other companies I called. One of the co-owners arrived right on schedule, and performed the service. I have no complaints and recommend this company. read more

Ok, it's been some time now since Aircom installed my insulation. This week, particularly today, it's been really hot. Castro Valley is 96 degrees right now. My garage, which Sean and his crew did, is only 80 degrees. It is noticeable cooler in my garage which Aircom did than it is inside the rest of my house. I keep telling everyone that I wish I had this done years ago, and it's definitely true. If you're putting it off -- don't. Just give Aircom a call. read more

My attic was long overdue for an overhaul. I called AirCom for a consultation, and their lead tech Jeremy was out within a few says. He gave us a quote for complete BATT insulation and cleaning all of the debris (from the previous owner replacing the roof). I'd gotten a couple other bids, but not only was Jeremy's bid competitive, he took the time to explain the process and which areas were prone to heat loss (ex. recessed lights). He even promised to check our attic fan since it didn't appear to be working. Shortly thereafter, Rene and his team arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and did a beautiful job. I highly recommend Aircom! read more

I'd like to thank Aircom for the fantastic job they did. I had very low air flow coming from my air vents and felt like the heater is running 24/7 without giving real results. I called a few local companies and Aircom were the ones I felt most comfortable with. Sean came over and was the first one to actually suit up and go down to my crawl space(something I won't do hahah) to check the problem. Apparently one of my main duct pipes were disconnected and was blowing air straight into the crawl space and there was barely any insulation on the ducts. Sean immediately contacted the pipe and suggested to avoid using it until fixed and cleaned. He gave me an estimate that beat all other vendors and was able to squeeze to their schedule only a few days after. The crew was professional and clean, took whole bunch of pictures and did an all great job. I'm really impressed with the easy communication, great price and clean work. Highly recommended ! 5 stars!! read more

The team arrived on time completed the crawlspace insulation and vapor barrier install in 1/2 day. Price was competitive and workers were polite and efficient. Estimator Jeremy was knowledgeable and personable. He didn't try to oversell us like other bidders. Aircom was a pleasure to work with. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service. read more

We had our duct work under the house pulled apart, scratched and bitten by mice, rats skunks and opossums. The crawl space under the house was a mess from all the critters trying to nest under there. We couldn't use our heating or air conditioning because of the destruction to the ducts. I called Aircom to get an estimate on the crawl space cleanup, sanitation, rodent proofing and to put down a vapor barrier in the crawl space under the whole house, as well as replacing all the duct work in the crawl space. Jeremy came out the next business day to assess the work to be done and had the estimate for me that afternoon. I approved the estimate and a team came to the house right after that and had my crawl space all cleaned up, sanitized, the holes were all filled in with wire mesh and cement for rodent proofing, all the duct work was taken down and replaced and the vapor barrier was installed over the whole crawl space in 1 day. They did an awesome job in a short amount of time and the charge for the work was extremely reasonable. My crawl space looks beautiful now and my heating/air conditioning is now working like new again. read more

Thank you to Sean and everyone at Aircomm for getting us insulated! Great service and price, good communication, fast scheduling, and covid safe. The whole experience was simple and took less than a week to schedule and only a couple hours to complete. read more

Aircom really offers awesome service. Sean and his crew are reassuring and thorough. They walk you through the process, provide pictures, explain what they are doing... and they are fast and very tidy. Their follow up service goes above and beyond. They are amazingly responsive (text messages directly to Sean are answered very quickly). They've come back to our house twice (free as part of the initial contract) to follow up and make adjustments, and for both visits I have been reminded that they take great pride in their work and want me to be happy. Our crawl space is challenging due to limited access, but they didn't complain. It was a very mellow experience that reminded me I was doing the right thing by going with Aircom to keep my home safe. read more

Sean and his team were awesome! They cleaned, sterilized, and re-insulated our attic. The guys were professional and the Aircom had the best price! Would highly recommend! read more

I really appreciate the level of professionalism and courtesy that Sean brought to our conversation. I was in need of help with a HVAC project and Sean was able to guide me in the direction of how to address this issue- and it turned out I didn't even need to hire Aircom, though I was able to receive guidance and information on the route I needed to take. Sean was extremely knowledgeable and sincere, not all about the money- more about the client need. I look forward to hiring Aircom when I do need a bigger project, I feel I am now loyal and know this is one place I can trust. read more

Great service, super easy to work with. Got a quote via Yelp, and scheduled an appointment at my convenience next week. (They were available the next day, but I couldn't be home then.) Jeremy from Aircom called 20 minutes out and came by the house at exactly the appointed time. I gave him a tour of all the vents and we even went into the crawlspace under the house to see if there was a leak for one vent that wasn't performing as well as the others. Jeremy didn't find any obvious leaks, but patched up some weak spots with some tape he had handy just in case. Jeremy then was able to clean all our output vents and the intake vent, and it was clear that it was the first time in 100+ years that the vents were ever cleaned. And as it turned out, the vent that was underperforming had a large drywall sponge (!) in the middle of it that was blocking airflow. Jeremy also screwed in a vent cover that I couldn't reattach myself with some extra screws he had. All the work was done in just under two hours and with absolutely no mess. All in all, a great experience and highly recommended. read more

I've been getting on and off nose/throat symptoms this Winter and I had a suspicion that it was the fault of dirty air ducts. I contacted Aircom and received a response within an hour, along with a great price. Jeremy with Aircom was super efficient, explaining the condition of my home's air ducts (turns out I was right, they were filthy) and pointed out some other issues that needed attention. The whole process was easy and the cleaning went very quickly (I had 9 ducts cleaned plus one air intake, took no more than two hours). I'm very happy I went with Aircom! read more

Even provided suggestions on asbestos abatement companies to use for asbestos removal prior to job. Crew was on time, clean and well prepared. Had them add a couple of new ducts and vents. When the wife didn't like the placement of one of them, crew returned within 2 days to move to more desired location with no hassle. Greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend Aircom! read more

We hadn't had our heating ducts cleaned in-- well, we've never had them cleaned! (We've lived in this house for 18 years now.) Thinking it was about time, we had Aircom come over, and we're extremely happy with the service. In a market of up-selling and "unexpected finds" (granted from experiences a while ago), Aircom is a "breath of fresh air" (pun intended). The pricing is straightforward, clear, and inexpensive-- you pay by the duct so there's no "well, we found this.." Sean showed up on time and did the job efficiently... and was very considerate of disturbances (we work at home). What more could you ask? Our ducts weren't as dirty as I'd expected-- Sean explained that non-rigid ducting traps less dirt-- but it was worthwhile for us, and we're quite happy knowing we've minimized dirt, etc. from the heating system. We'll definitely be keeping up with this from here on in... read more

We had an issue with our dryer. It was giving out too much humidity when in house. The whole apartment was fogged up. Sean was responsive on chat and provided a quote in 24 hours. Jeremy stopped by for the job and repaired the torn duct. Thank you! read more

Could not be happier! What a great company. From first call to completing the job, every step was great. Jeremy was timely getting back to me when I first called and very professional when he came to give the quote. The crew that came to do the work was professional, quick, clean and VERY thorough. I love when you just get honest good nice people that run a great business and do what they say for a fair price. I can't recommend them more. And I'll be using them again for sure! read more

Received a quote immediately, and they were able to come on the day that I asked. I like that they have a system that prevents dust from getting all over the house. Jeremy and Ki were meticulous! They explained the process before starting any work. They assessed each vent on how best to clean it before cleaning it. They also worked together ensuring that each vents were thoroughly cleaned. They also made sure that any debris were cleaned up immediately! Highly recommend. read more

I compared prices and services to clean my vents, and had additional questions, my neighbors and I decided to schedule for the same day. I left a message on Saturday, Jeremy called me back within 20 minutes, and answered my questions. I had to talk to my neighbors and get back to him. He was understanding, no pressure and really nice. We hired Aircom and Jeremy's work is outstanding. We have fans in the attic of our building we asked about cleaning- he said theysell and install, they don't clean, and he offered to take a look at them to see what they need for us. I recommend Jeremy and Aircom, excellent service and quality of work. He's also a really nice person. read more

Arrived early and did a great job cleaning the ducts. I had rodent feces in at least one of my ducts, so I wanted to make sure to get that cleaned out. Great job done by Jeremy, he founds huge clogs and knocked em out! On time, professional, will definitely hire again!!!!

Just had our floor air vents, ceiling return and dryer vent cleaned. Also had our furnace inspected. Customer service was prompt, professional, easy to work with, and on point! Work was done quickly, but efficiently. We just purchased our new home and the previous owners don't remember ever cleaning the vents. Nice to know we're good to go as we head into winter. I received 4 total quotes and Aircom was the least expensive, but not cheap in quality of work that's for sure. Highly recommend Aircom! Cheers :-) read more

The dryer vent needed cleaning/maintenance. I submitted a request on Aircom's website describing the issue and I got a call back that same day. They offered me a couple different appointment options and we set a date and time. They called me when an opening came up which I thought was very thoughtful. My appointment was today and Jeremy called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He assessed the situation, explained things along the way and showed me what the problem was. I learned a lot and felt like I was in good hands. I'd definitely call Aircom again for any issues like this - they are professional, quick to respond, and exercise good communication along the way. I just ran a load of laundry through the dryer and I could cry tears of joy because my clothes are dry! Thank you! read more

I gathered quotes from around 8 other businesses and Aircom was competitive with pricing and offered everything I needed to clean-up my ducts before winter. I had 8 ducts and 2 returns cleaned. He explained how his cleaning worked along with patiently answering all of my questions about my ducts. I would recommend their services to all my neighbors and friends. read more

WONDERFUL SERVICE from Jeremy!!! My new washer and dryer arrived, but couldn't be installed because of a broken dryer vent.
