The packaging was clearly inadequate with the 27" screen being protected mostly by a sheet of cardboard (!). Very little packing material was used around the computer (an all-in-one with the CPE in the monitor). Predictably, the package seems to have been dropped on its corner, shattering the screen. When I complained, I was told (a) they packaged it the way they were "told to" (b) dropping the package was the responsibility of UPS Corporate, not the franchise. So this meant (a) it was not their fault and (b) it was not their fault. Based on my previous experience with The UPS Store (under the earlier ownership) I made the mistake of not getting additional insurance. So now I am out several hundred dollars for a trashed computer and it seems that is somebody else's fault. I will not be using this service again.
