Do not waste your money or your time…read more We hired Print Boys to install window decals for our medical practice and the experience was nothing short of a masterclass in incompetence. They came out to measure our windows themselves -- their job, not ours -- and still managed to misprint materials that didn't fit. Rather than communicate this before installation, they installed over a weekend with zero notice, put up incomplete decals missing an entire middle panel, and left our before-and-after display looking like an embarrassing mess. When we finally called to get answers (because they certainly weren't going to reach out), they had the audacity to blame us for having windows of different widths -- windows they measured themselves. I then had to pull time out of my own schedule to resize and resubmit designs to correct their mistake, and they still tried to charge us for the reprints. Let that sink in: they misprint, they ghost you, they botch the installation, and then they send you a bill. And if that weren't enough -- when one of our female employees followed up, they addressed her dismissively as "woman" and doubled down rather than showing an ounce of professionalism or accountability. That kind of behavior has no place in any professional exchange, full stop. This business operates with the accountability of a middle school group project. Bigoted, incompetent, and completely uninterested in making things right. We deeply regret ever giving them our business and would strongly urge anyone -- especially other medical or professional practices -- to look elsewhere. When called out on their mistakes, they whine and deflect like children rather than handle problems like the professional adults they claim to be. The staff has always been quick to give me advice on how to save on my shipping costs. I love saving money and they help figure out the best price with the quickest delivery option. Offering the tracking number helps me and the customer track the package and anticipate delivery. I've only had to contact customer service one time and the issue was a misunderstanding on my part but the customer service dept was kind and understanding. I especially like how quickly I got through when I called. Every delivery I've received has been on time or early. Love the UPS store and the Delivery services. Give them a try and you'll be happy you did.

I asked the manager lady today what the charges were for as it only says "service options" and she claimed that she didn't know what the charge that they charged was for, she raised her voice and proceeded to give me the wrong number to the UPS store customer service. She said they charge the fees. The way I see it is they scammed me out of $76.00 then lied right to my face about knot knowing what the charge was for. I wish the package would have gotten lost and they would have had to pay out the claim for being crooks. Stay away from this place, I will be!

I took a package with an unpasted label to this location to mail out. I wanted to paste my label on the box but they insisted on doing it themselves so I trusted them. Instead of making it to its destination, a DIFFERENT item was mailed out with MY label and my original package was "lost" (I don't even think they looked for it). I tried to file a claim but on a technicality my claim was denied w/ no appeal so now I'm out my package and hundreds of dollars. This was a VERY expensive and frustrating experience.
