The fish soup was delectable. It was rich in flavor but not overly creamy or heavy. Bouillabaisse is indeed one of my favorite and a must get while I'm in France. For their nicoise salad, the veggies were fresh and crisp, with just the right amount of olive oil and balsamic glaze on top. For entrees, we ordered the sea bass with ratatouille and rice. I was expecting nicely lined vegetables which don't happen but the sea bass was perfectly cooked with crispy skin, moist and tender meat that just flakes apart easily. My kids ended up stealing most of our fish. The ratatouille was very flavorful, perfect to be eaten with rice. The cod was one of their specials for the day and it was also perfectly cooked: moist and tender. Their service was very quick and attentive. Some people may not like it being too quick and specially in Europe but we like it especially when we didn't want to spend too much time eating and more time for sightseeing. The only complaint is the AC is a little weak but this is common in most of the places in Europe. Overall, food is excellent with superb service. Price was a little higher than other restaurants in Lisbon but it is expected given its location. We enjoyed our lunch and would recommend it to anyone to enjoyed French cuisine.
