The whole service was amazing! She was kind and answered any questions I had and also explained what she was doing with each application.

I had a groupon and I tried to get an appointment for 5 months. The merchant never answered my calls so I began texting. She kept giving me dates that I could get an appointment and each time I confirmed, she responded that the appointment was already taken. After five months of this, she finally confirmed an appointment. I drove an hour and a half to get to her salon only to find it closed. She texted me 5 minutes before my appointment saying her daughter was sick and she is a single parent. She said she would have to reschedule. At this point, I gave up as my groupon was expiring. I will never return there. When I spoke to other merchants in her coop building, they said she is hardly ever there. I would not recommend her. I am in Austin, Texas. Don't know why this is showing California. read more

I had a great experience. Micah was responsive and appointment was set up in a timely manner. I completely changed my mind about what I wanted to get done and she was very patient and honest with her suggestions, as far as taking me out of spending money on a procedure she didn't think would provide the results I wanted and letting me know I didn't need as much of a filler as I thought. Every other practitioner I consulted with previously tried to get me to use twice as much. She addressed my concerns when I was unsure about how I looked the following day (swelling). It is now 3 days after I had my filler and it really looks great. read more

Completely unresponsive to attempts to make an appt. Wasted my time. After seeing the horrible reviews here, I realize that was probably for the best! read more

Micah did a beautiful job. I am so proud to support our small businesses in the ATX. It is all about women helping other women be beautiful inside and out! read more

My husband gifted me a Botox and filler for Christmas. I tried calling to make an appointment but was sent to voicemail so I left a message. A couple days later I get text message asking me what they could help me with (I included all the details in the voicemail). After two days of back and forth texting it's been almost a week since I've heard from them. They may do good quality work (just going off of previous reviews) but making it this difficult to get an appointment is for sure a put off and will send people elsewhere. read more

I had my procedure done 2 weeks ago and 3 days. The first day I thought the lips would turn out great because they did look plum. As days went by, I notice one side of my lip seemed to be bigger then the other when I smile. Never had this insecuritie, till now because clearly is very visible. I have been calling her for a while to schedule an appointment to see if we can correct it, even send out a message, and a text.. NO ANSWER from her in anyway no text or email. Honestly she was great with giving the service and explaining to you, but the worst answering phone calls and concerns after a procedure is done. Correcting a mistake she did has been the most frustrating experience for me. Now, I have to get this lip filler disssolve to get a new one elsewhere. Waste of my money in this place, and I didn't use a Groupon I didn't even know there was one. I found her by Google "botox places near me" I really want my money back for the damage she has created, has made me very insecure in front of people when I smile its so visible! I hate it. read more

Update, the business owner refused to treat the area and resolve the treatment. I had a medical doctor confirm that incorrect Botox placement would cause this issue. "I don't really know what you want me to do at this point" was the business owner's response. read more

Micah was very nice and polite. It was really difficult to contact her first to make an appointment and then when I couldn't find the location (I didn't realize it was just one person initially). I purchased a lash lift / tint from Groupon, which I've had done many times before. It took half the time as any other one I've ever had (25ish mins), and one eye came out with the ends VERY curly. Her phone kept going off which was kind of annoying. She also charged me an additional $10 credit card fee when I got there...? read more

Do not go here! She put 40 units of "Botox" in my face and I have movement everywhere! She's a scammer! If you go in for a retreatment as well that's to cover her ass, so you don't have to get legal involved and your bank can't refund you! WHATEVER SHE IS PUTTING IN YOUR FACE IS FAKE! Do not go here! read more

Love my results, two weeks after my second syringe and I love the way my lips look. I receive so many compliments. They look so natural. Thank you Micha. read more

It's been 24 hours since my Botox treatment and I can already see amazing results. Will definitely be back!! Thank you Micah!! ~Cassandra read more

This is my first time at Instant Beauty Skin Studio, but I have been going to Micah for years. She is excellent at giving botox and always asks questions before to ease my fears and is super gentle. I also get photofacials from Micah and she is absolutely amazing!! Please visit ASAP! read more

I wish I could give minus -10 stars for the unprofessionalism. Why would you open a business if you cannot respond to calls or voicemails? I tried reaching out to them 30+ times in last 20 days, and they did not receive my calls, not even answer my voicemails read more

If I could leave zero stars I would, just like the rest of the handful of one star reviews here. I scheduled with her with many weeks in advance because I had planned on goin on vacation with my family and I choose to support local business and to have services done by her right before leaving. DAY OF APPOINTMENT she sends a TEXT message stating she can not make the appointment, she did state her child was sick which I totally understood I have babies of my own. So I asked if we could get together another day before I leave for vacation and SHE LEFT ME ON READ! This was the most unprofessional way of canceling an appointment! A phone call even just a response from the text would of been nice but not even that! Don't waste your time or your money on this establishment. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. I left 5 messages trying to schedule an appointment to use a Groupon that I purchased. Never received a call back. I understand that Groupon deals are not as profitable but if they don't want them, don't offer them. read more

Micah was wondering! Very light touch, no bruising and quality fresh products. The name of the studio is very accurate-my face is immediately younger and fuller! Thank you! will be back read more

WIsh I can leave -5 star review!! Very unprofessional when I called to redeem a groupon. Micha Said that they do not make money off the groupon and that I NEED to call them/Groupon for a refund, She WILL NOT HONOR the Sale/ Groupon. That the only way is if I BUY FROM HER DIRECTLY! and that it will be the same price as the groupon.??!!?? Last visit to this studio was over 2 years ago and she said you can only use a groupon once in your lifetime. LOL???-really strange ?? This information is not in any of the fine print. Trying to get customers to pay /cancel / then pay her more money. UNPROFESSIONAL !! Money money money was what I got out of her conversation. Horrible and just not nice at all. She Specifically said that she does not make money off her groupon sales. Why even bother with owning a business !!! Why run specials and advertisements?especially if she picks and chooses her customers. Heck Why even bother answering the phones! Took 4 days of calling before anyone answered! Its ok you dont make money off the advertisements you pay for so you tell your customers to cancel. WOW sad this company / lady needs money that badly. Oh got to mention money one more time! read more

Micah is a true expert in her field. She instantly made me feel comfortable while efficiently completing my procedure. Highly recommended!

I purchased Botox through Groupon to use at this facility. It was an accidental purchase but Groupon wouldn't refund the purchase. I thought this was the universes way of making me do something for myself. I called and called week after week to make an appointment. I event left voicemails stating that this was time sensitive and that the Groupon expires. I was never able to get in touch with anyone. So my Groupon expired and I lost over $160. Vey upsetting that they don't have anyone to answer phones. Their email listed is incorrect also. read more

Just like all the other reviews. No one answers or calls back. Unacceptable!!!! I will find somewhere else to go. If you run across this place on Groupon or any other way, RUN. Waste of time!!! Not a way to run a business. read more

Micah was great! She did an amazing job on my keratin lash lift and tint! Cute, clean studio room and she was very friendly and nice.

No response called numerous times, left voicemail , emailed, and even stopped by during business hours. There is also a wrong number and email on website. If you are closed or temporary closed you should leave communication on voicemail and consider not having a live Groupon deal. Poor customer service. read more

This is my go to place for Botox. She does an excellent job and is very personable. Highly recommend!

I went to Micah for a lash lift and tint and was really impressed with the results as well as with Micah herself. I had never gotten this particular service before and she talked me through each step of the process as she went. As anyone who has ever gotten an eyelash treatment knows, it can be a little strange to not be able to open your eyes especially when you're unsure of what to expect. Micah's professionalism and friendly manner put me at ease. Not to mention my lashes look awesome. I highly recommend Instant Beauty Skin Studio! read more

I saw Micah today for my first Microneedling facial. I was worried about going through with it after seeing some pictures on line. I then met Micah and she made me feel at ease about the whole thing. She explained things in detail and I had no worries. I know it's important to follow the pre facial instructions. People who have issues probably don't follow the instructions she sends you prior to the facial. I have had no issues so far and I will definitely be seeing her again soon. Thanks Micah!!! read more

I purchased a mircoblading session. 30 minutes into the appointment Micah abruptly stopped the service, stating that I was bleeding too much for her to complete the service. I looked in the hand held mirror and saw no blood- only very pink skin, which is to be expected. I also did not see any blood on towels or tissues anywhere in the area. I was picking up the vibe that she was either uncomfortable with me or the service itself, so I went with what she was saying even though I saw no evidence that it was true. She claimed she would text me later that night with another appointment time to finish the service. She never did. I have texted her numerous times over the last week and she is not getting back to me. I owned a hair salon and was a 5 star stylist for 25 years- I know what client/professional relationships are like. I was nice, clean, we were having a pleasant professional conversation- I cannot figure out why she would not only end the service abruptly but also ghost a client, leaving her hanging WITH ONE SEMI-PERMANENT EYEBROW LONGER AND FULLER THAN THE OTHER!!!!! I suppose she thinks it is acceptable to do that to a person. Now I have to walk around looking like this until it either fades away in months or find a new esthetician to finish the job. I have demanded my money back from Living Social and I cannot state more loudly how unprofessional and bad this service was. read more
