The job took three days because they helped me solved a drainage issue on my lawn that took an extra day otherwise job would been done in two days. Above and beyond anything else, I'm a perfectionist! My yard has won awards for beauty and I'm a stickler for quality. However, with water currently in short supply and an even dimmer future, I decided to move forward and permanently retire my Marathon grass for something more sustainable. As such, I started looking into a permanent solution to have green and not brown grass, which is why I changed. I investigated a number of artificial grass companies and was not going to let price be the deciding factor. Consequently, based on my reviews and analysis of other providers, I chose Install Artificial. I could not be happier with my choice!!! I'm certain all of the crews at this company are top notch, but I feel fortunate to have the team I did which included Serhii, Eugene, Randy, Daniel and Michael. My new lawn was sculpted when the weather reached almost 100 degrees for almost three weeks and these guys never even flinched. They were sweating in the heat day after day but not once did the job suffer. Such professionalism! Second, removing existing grass, roots, etc. was incredibly difficult. With water in short supply and rationed, the dirt ground was as hard as a rock. But this crew just accepted the conditions and not once cut corners to make it easier and always kept the goal of perfection in mind every step of the way. We at first were pleased with this company. We bid out our project, InstallArtificial were not the cheapest but we liked their product the best and their availability worked best with when we needed the project done. Despite an early misunderstanding on the scope of work John was professional, accommodating and work was done to our satisfaction. However, just four months after completing the work, a big area of the grass has started to come up. This was atypical of our experience and discussion with had with John about how he stands behind his work. So we sent several pictures to him and asked him if he could send someone out to take a look. Without sending anyone he said he would fix it for $860 (keep in mind this work is less than 4 months old.) When I asked if he would just come out and look at it he said he would have to charge us a $300 flat fee for the privilege of us having him come out and inspect his own work. Unfortunately I don't think you can trust this company to do what they say they will do. I hope the other people that have used them don't run into similar quality issues as we have. We called this company and asked them to come early the next morning. John came bright and early, and spent a lot of time methodically answering all of our questions honestly, showing us his samples, and discussing other ways of improving the backyard. We ultimately had 5 different companies come out to give us a quote, and John BY FAR had the best quality artificial/ fake grass. He does not carry any artificial grass that is below premium quality. We did a lot of research before choosing an artificial lawn installation company. We got three different quotes from 3 different companies and did an on-site inspection of each company's work. John's company, Install Artificial Grass, was hands-down the winner. We have a front yard and a back yard. Before the artificial lawn install the back yard had severe drainage issues and flooded every time it rained. NOT ANYMORE. John and his team were able to see what was causing the problem and fixed it with LOW COST solutions. The grass (SpyGlass) is amazing looks and feels like real grass.
