They make sure you're satisfied, you look good. Even if it takes much of their time. They won't stop until they are assured you're happy and satisfied. They are very patient. They've been in the industry for awhile and they're expertise really reflects on the outcome. They are also very accommodating with your schedule. There's never a dull moment with these two. It's so much fun talking to them. They're real and true people and you feel that when they're around you. Very warm and caring. The couple are a dream team. Always helping each other make you look your best. When you leave the salon, it's like you just left good friends you had a really great time with.

She helped me pick out some 18" 100% human hair clip in extensions. This place had a ton of color and highlighted options I found what I was looking for in like 15 min. I came in looking for straight hair extensions to match my naturally straight Asian hair. Brandi walked me through the process and helped me choose a set that appeared to be a perfect match. Initially, they looked great--until I washed them for the first time. They are not straight. They dry into defined curls and behave like curly hair. They become frizzy when brushed dry and require a curly hair care routine to maintain them--something I neither wanted nor was told to expect. I reached out to customer service because the product I received did not match what I was told I was purchasing. I wasn't expecting chemically straight hair that would stay pin-straight forever, but I also did not expect extensions marketed and sold as "straight" to dry into curls after one wash. This was the response I received: "After looking at the pictures, I can assure you that this is normal for the hair to air dry this way. High-quality, straight human hair extensions usually dry with a slight natural wave, curl or 'bend'. Because they lack the heavy, chemical straightening treatments of artificial hair, their true, raw texture often emerges when air-dried naturally." If this is considered "normal" for their straight hair extensions, why wasn't that disclosed before the sale? That information would have directly impacted my purchasing decision. More importantly, what I received is not a slight wave or bend--it is clearly curly. To make matters worse, they refused to offer a refund or exchange because the extensions had been washed. But there was no way to discover that the texture changed so dramatically without washing them. The policy effectively prevents customers from verifying whether the product actually matches how it was represented. The hair itself is healthy and good quality, which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one. My disappointment is with the misleading product representation and the unwillingness to stand behind it once the true texture became apparent. For a premium product at this price point, I expected much better transparency and customer service.

I came in asking for a rich brown. Instead, I left with a very noticeable red/orange band across the top of my head that doesn't blend with the rest of my hair. I never asked for red hair, and the result is nothing like what I requested. Before I left the salon, after my hair was styled, I pointed out the banding because I could tell something looked off. I was told it looked fine, so I trusted the stylist's professional judgment. Looking back, I wish my concerns had been taken more seriously. I left for a planned trip to Europe shortly after my appointment, so I wasn't able to come back immediately. However, as soon as I returned, I repeatedly tried contacting my stylist and left multiple messages. I never received a response. When I finally spoke with the salon, I expected them to stand behind their work and correct the color. Instead, I was told I would have to pay again for an all-over color to fix a result that wasn't what I had asked for in the first place. At this point, I'll likely have to go to another salon for a professional color correction. Between what I already paid here and what it will cost to fix, I'm out around $500 or more. If achieving a rich brown on my hair wasn't something they were confident they could do, I wish they had been upfront about that before starting the service. I would have appreciated that honesty far more than ending up with a color I didn't ask for and an expensive correction process.
