The furniture is fabulous! They have a great selection of paints, stencils, handles, knobs and pulls and more for furniture makeovers. They also have plenty of art throughout the shop. Resin art and mixed media were plentiful and they teach classes on various mediums. My friend wants lessons on resin art. I picked up a whimsical pull for a piece of furniture at home- the knob had broken off a few months ago, so I was so happy to replace it with something fun and my style. Tiff grabbed a couple of Christmas gifts and a schedule for classes. On the furniture side, I was very interested in a couple of pieces, but there weren't price tags and I wondered if they were more for those doing classes or if they were sold outright. I had to call them to be told when my print was done because they did not alert me. When I got to the store to pick them up and they showed me them they had left their fingerprints and dirt all over the glass and never even cleaned the glass. These were things I had wanted on my wall for Thanksgiving and the girl knew that when I handed them over to be reminded framed. I told her I couldn't accept that with the fingerprints all over the inside and outside of the glass and that they needed to clean the glass. I was a bit incredulous that I would actually have to tell a picture framer that! When I called in today I talked to Taylor again and was told that she couldn't be bothered with this until at least Monday, and she's not scheduled to be in production in the framing shop until then, 4 days later. This is an order that they botched by not following through and cleaning the glass. And this is an order they're not standing behind and fixing in a timely manner. I called back to speak to the manager. However the same girl Taylor answered and she hung up on me. Moral of this lesson? Never get your pictures framed at Michael's anymore, if you want quality and prompt service
