I immediately took him out and did not let him stay another day, I complained and they told me they were looking into it and never called to give me any updates. If you don't believe me then walk in unannounced and then ask your loved ones what they really think of this place. Take care of your family at home, don't leave them with someone who doesn't know or care about them. Horrible, horrible place.

The care and concern that all staff members have for the residents is in comparable. This is a small facility, 40 beds, but the staff was very adequate. The building was spotless and odorless. Each resident had their own TV, the rooms were large, beds modern and comfortable. Large closet, two dressers, plenty of wall space to hang pictures. Excellent social director, and therapy staff, who knew and were concerned about all the residents. I was lucky to get my Mother in this facility.

I have been very happy with their services and have had totally positive experiences. I had some kidney issues a few years back and they got me straightened out fairly quickly. Because of my diabetes and a couple other problems I ran into some issues a couple months back and have been in once a month or so since. Today my kidneys have bounced back to better than they were over a year ago. The combination of different doctors I am currently seeing have been working together and keeping me alive. Dr. Bao Huynh has been great at communicating with me and keeping me up to date on test results. He explains things so I can easily understand what is going on. If you are in need of a nephrologist this is a good choice for anyone.

Bodylogic of Orlando only deals with two pharmacies - neither as known for good service. Wells Pharmacy and APS which have bad reviews. On top of it, BodyLogic scheduled my last appointment after I was due to run out of hormones.... So I'll be looking for another provider. Good luck.

I followed the steps and restrictions associated with the urine test and shipped it off to BodyLogicMD. I waited a couple of weeks to get a 1st appointment of the day (5:30am) with Quest Diagnostics because those appointment times get scheduled very fast. I need to lessen the exposure to others as I have several Covid-19 high-risk medical issues. There were at least 10 other people there when I got there so, so much for the early appointment precautions of being around less people. Quest asked me for my insurance information but I was under the impression that the order from BodyLogicMD was paid for in the initial $500. Quest said no, they still needed my insurance...so I gave it to them. I don't know if I'll be billed by my insurance or not at this point. I was emailed my results for the urine and blood testing from BodyLogicMD and got on my phoned initial consultant where the first thing Susan Compton told me was that I should know that she is NOT a medical doctor but a PA. That surprised me but I did agree to continue the consultation. The name BodyLogicMD made me think I was working with a physician...but OK. Susan went through the two test results that they had mailed me, line by line, and it revealed the need for hormone replacement therapy, nutritional changes and supplements I should be taking. At the end of the call, Susan told me Kiersten would follow up with costs and logistics on starting the regimen she had laid out for me. Kiersten called and the first thing she said was I owed $495 for the phone call consult from Susan. I was told by BodyLogic at the outset that the $500 I already paid included the initial consult. Kiersten said that I'm not the first person she's spoken to that was not informed that the initial consult actually was NOT included in the $500 I paid up front. I am sad, hurt and feel like a fool. I've been preyed upon for my real need for treatment only to have extra costs I can't afford sprung on me. I feel duped. Needless to say, I ended the call before ever hearing the fees for the plan Susan had set up for me. I told Kiersten I do not want to continue forward with BodyLogicMD. I got another call about an hour later from their pharmacy wanting to discuss the supplements they were preparing for me. I told them no, I am not going forward. I hope I don't find a bunch of supplements in my mail box that I'll be required to pay for as I made it CLEAR TO KIERSTEN, I'M OUT. If you have the financial means, this may be a great company for you and you might have good results. But for me...I am too crushed to work with those I reached out to for a lifeline for real medical issues and they were not up front and truthful.

I truly felt that I…read moremust have had some exotic illness because no doctor had ever been able to find out what was wrong. I felt they just didn't take me seriously. Dr. Kalidas was my last hope. He ordered testing that no other doctor ever had. Tests I had never heard of. I was not living, just existing. Sleeping all the time. Couldn't leave the house due to utter exhaustion. Brain fog, aches, pains, chronic upset stomach and sadness. Dr. Kalidas created a customized treatment for me. It was a slow but steady process (took about a year to heal all the various issues, but I did feel improvement after a couple months). You have to trust the process. Within a year, I had my life back! Energy, happiness, LIVING! Six years of bliss. Dr. Michael Bartfield came highly recommended by my current gynecologist, who no longer practices obstetrics after I found out I was pregnant. The office seemed fine upon my initial visit, although pretty expensive through my insurance. The office staff seemed very relaxed and Dr. Bartfield although on paper seemed very experienced was very awkward in person. This was not enough to push me away from the office yet. I met with their finance department, they told me because I had not yet met my deductible. I had to pay in full for my delivery that was still six months away and then they would refund me the remaining amount, which did not include my ultrasounds or any blood work done in the office. This is our first kid and we wanted to make sure we got the best possible medical care because I am both type one diabetic and of advanced maternal age at 34 (35 when I deliver) so we went along with it. It wasn't until I was 16 weeks that I had the absolute worst appointment of my life. The ultrasound technician treated me like a test subject. After taking several pictures of my babies anatomy, she looked over at the student in the room, who I was allowed in the room without my permission and said "do you wanna try?". I do not find it appropriate for my body and baby's body to be used without my consent to train a student you have let observe without my consent. I explained to Dr.Bartfield my concerns at our final appointment and he said " if you need to find a different doctor, there won't be any hard feelings" ... yeah I hope not since I am the patient. Later that day I was told by a Dr.Bartfield that my baby could have a congenital heart defect, which I later learned he did not have and that 16 weeks was far too early to diagnose something like that. Dr. Bartfield and his staff put me through a great deal of stress and anxiety for no reason but it didn't end there. I ended up finding a different provider and when I received the bill for my final appointment, I called up to pay it and cancel any future appointments I had scheduled. When I did this, the receptionist took it very personal. She told me she would have to change the billing code for my final appointment to a regular exam. I did not received an exam. Her final words to me on the phone were "good luck". I would stay away from this office. They don't have your best interest in mind, they are motivated by money.
