This store is not huge, the women's section is the first floor, there's a few steps up which leads you to the shoes, men's, and kids areas. The shoes also had great brands like doc Martin, Michael Kors, DKNY. The purses were good as well! I'd definitely come back!

This was a total bummer for me. I was really looking forward to shopping at this Inspirations…read morelocation because it was so large and I've had good luck at other locations in the past. There's a large selection of clothes and a huge selection of shoes. However, everything is extremely expensive for a thrift store. Yes, everything is in good condition and some pieces are brand new. However, 80% of the tops I looked at were priced at $12 and above. I was shocked. I was so distracted by the prices, I couldn't look at the clothes. I definitely saw tons of things I liked but some sweatshirts and sweaters were $25, which is equal to what you'd pay for a brand new clothing item in TJ Maxx or Marshall's. The upside is that mostly everything is a name brands and there are a few vintage pieces hidden in the racks. But the prices are unjustifiable for a used clothing store. $25 for a used Colombia sweater? I tried on a brand new one at TJ Maxx the other day for $34. At that point, I might as well spend the extra few dollars and buy it new. I really couldn't justify buying used clothes for these prices. Another thing I noticed was that many sweaters were $22 and $24 and so were the jackets! To me, that didn't make any sense. How are the jackets the same price? I even saw a jacket on the rack marked at $99 which is something I'd expect for behind the register. Despite the prices, there was a large selection of scarves, shoes, and seasonal home goods (Christmas and Halloween). There's one aisle of books which looked to be mostly children's from my quick glance, and a wall of purses that were again over priced. I picked up a large wristlet and it was $10, which again I couldn't justify spending. The quality of the clothing is good, don't get me wrong, but the prices really turned me off. I didn't get anything and I didn't spend much time hunting in here once I saw how things were priced. The purpose of thrifting to me is getting something gently used for a great bargain. Great bargains were hard to find here for me. They do offer 50% off for certain tag colors, which was white when I went, but I didn't find one item with this tag. All of the clothing seemed to be tagged in a pink/orange color. One positive of this store is that it's separated by size and there seems to be a good amount of plus sized clothes here. If you're a traditional thriftier, I wouldn't suggest this location. If you don't mind spending $$$ for secondhand clothes, then this is the place for you.

They were very elusive about the move and still owed us for their last pick up. They only returned my emails after I scheduled another large pick up (over 6,000lbs). They wouldn't send the money by mail. They sent it with the driver. They still owe us for that last load and won't answer our emails. When we ask for the payment they owe us we get a generic email saying that they are moving (that happened 9 months ago) and will be unable to respond till they are set up again. I've used the same email to ask for a pick up and they respond quickly though it starts with the generic email. DO NOT TRUST THEM! There are other companies out there. We held a very successful drive in Sept 2016, donations were picked up by Fashion Republics trucks and our non-profit never received the money from Tom who was the manager at the time- over $1300. We have had no success in reaching anyone with the company, despite numerous attempts and involving media. I would recommend steering clear of this company in future. We are currently in the process of filing a BBB complaint.
