Her class was fun, included everyone and she made it so enjoyable. Every move was talked through and demonstrated together . Her positive energy made me feel at ease. The movements were made fun and I will tell you- easy to remeber with her way of teaching. A win for me. The pool area is huge - a lazy river type set up on one aode and a huge lap pool on the right .:: A big field outback for the kids and a green house .. a win all around . This is pretty much typical for the gym where the staff is generally generally checked out. I use the gym regularly btw, but I plan to move to the Y. The gym has a lot of outdated and broken equipment and they seem to just get by repairing some things when others break. Treadmill, elliptical, strength training machines. The reason I left was that I got tired of the aquatics being unavailable. The steam room was down for close to 6 months. The pool has been without heat for at least a month now and the spa is hit or miss as to whether it is working. Is it possible that they are cutting costs by turning off certain things that need heat to save money? Just a cynical guess. Even the drinking fountains don't put out cold water, only tepid. (By the way, it would be so nice to have bottle fill stations) There are many cleanliness issues that seem to come and go, showers and pool area come to mind. At least with the pool so cold there is a better ratio of water to hair since people aren't using it as much. I really wanted to share this with management, but I guess the staff forced me to come here to leave my thoughts.

They'll tell you one thing and do another…read more I have a voicemail that says they will waive my $23.50 service fee for putting a new credit card on file after mine was compromised. When I went in there and put it on file, the lady told me to my face, there would be no service fee. Two days later service fee appeared. When I went in there to ask about it, the owner came out and the end was a result was he called me a meth head and asked me how many years in jail I'd serve served. Lol. Little did he know I'm a triathlete and part of a triathlon team of 150 members. This place has become really dirty inside the last three years, as well. The pool is nasty at the north, south and Valley location. All of them are dirty inside. Rarely do the elliptical or treadmill, machines work. They're always broken down.
