When calling for hours to find an oral surgeon for an urgent condition, I was blessed enough to speak with Isabelle. She answered my questions about insurance and was able to fit me in that afternoon due to a cancellation. Isabelle was very helpful, kind, and extremely calming and caring when I was very anxious and worried. When I arrived, I checked in with Jessie who had a personality that was welcoming, friendly, and very bubbly. Together Isabelle and Jessie were a dream team and went above and beyond for me. Both ladies had such positive attitudes, were so respectful to one another with the kind words they used when interacting with one another and the other patients. I met with Dr. Cho who was very timely, direct, informative, and suggested an immediate plan of action. Dr. Cho answered all of my questions thoroughly and allowed me to me to feel at ease and I instantly felt very confident snd comfortable with my upcoming surgery. The team was able to fit me in right before Christmas, as opposed to having to wait until January, which was beyond appreciated. Jessie stayed late to call insurance companies, after her work hours and even called me to give me an update on what to expect. This is unheard of in a world of mediocre at best service and communication. Jessie's clear communication and immediate follow-up were amazing! She scheduled my procedure for the following day, amazingly! Another member of the team called me to follow up after the procedure was completed to see how I was feeling and asked did I have any questions or concerns since arriving home. Together the team resolved my issue and made it such a positive experience. Overall, this team was amazing and such a blessing to me! Their kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service were appreciated and I want them to be recognized and applauded for the role each played in getting me back to being healthy. This dental office is the definition of dysfunction and complete disregard for patients' time and…read morehealth. Appointments that are scheduled weeks or months in advance are repeatedly canceled with little to no notice. When you do show up, dentists are suddenly "not available" during your scheduled appointment--again, without warning. What makes this even worse is their absurd, circular policy: they refuse to schedule future cleanings unless you've been evaluated by a dentist, yet it has been over a year without a dentist being available through no fault of the patient. They then insist you book a next-day "follow-up" appointment just to satisfy their internal protocol, even though their own failures caused the issue in the first place. This office clearly prioritizes checking boxes over patient care. There is no accountability, no follow-through, and absolutely no concern for continuity of care or patient health. If you value reliability, professionalism, or basic respect for your time, look elsewhere. This place should not be trusted with something as important as your dental health.

Having nice ladies with great customer service in the front is always a great experience. Their dental hygienist Lily Pham is such a pleasure. She makes you feel like she really cares about you and your teeth's health. She will use a skinny tool to measure your gum health. The VA sent me to Johns Creek Dental Studio, in April, 2026, for a possible crown needed for tooth…read more#3. The dentist, Arjun Parikh, said I needed a crown. His assistant, Sejja, attempted to make the temporary crown 2 times on the first visit, but she never could do it, so she had to let Aniah finish the job. Sejja did a really bad job, and the temporary was just barely hanging on the tooth. Two days later, part of the crown came off, so I had to return to the clinic. During this visit, Sejja attempted 5 times to make the temporary, but she still couldn't do it, so she turned it over, once again, to another person to finish the job. In my opinion, this is total incompetence! I have had 10 crowns made at other clinics, and I never experienced this problem before. However, it gets worse from here: Sejja made the mold for the permanent crown, and she also messed that up. The crown has an indention at the top, that makes it extremely difficult to floss the area. When I floss, it creates pain and bleeding in the gum line. She also messed up on the night guard, and it's a difficult fit. This young lady messed up on EVERYTHING she did! I have never experienced this before at any other dentist! I told Arjun Parikh, and he laughed in my face, and he came across to me as arrogant and narcissistic. He told me he stands behind the faulty work that Sejja did. I went to another dentist, and the new dentist told me the tooth needs to be extracted, because I have bone loss, and that I would need a bone graft. THEREFORE, JOHNS CREEK DENTAL STUDIO MADE A CROWN FOR A TOOTH THAT NEEDS TO BE EXTRACTED. I BELIEVE THIS IS DENTAL MALPRACTICE, AND I AM CURRENTLY HAVING THIS In review, here are the problems that Johns Creek Dental created for me: 1. Pain in the gumline, between the two upper right molars, that gets much worse when I eat certain foods that get trapped between these teeth. Before this permanent crown, I never had a problem with food getting stuck between these teeth. 2. Pain between the two upper right molars from flossing in that area. The pain can become pretty bad. 3. Inflammation between those two teeth, mostly caused from flossing, but also from eating. 4. Extreme difficulty flossing between those two teeth, because Johns Creek Dental Studio created a jagged area at the top of the crown, so the dental floss doesn't glide smoothly. Out of the 10 total crowns I have had done from other dentists, this is the only crown that has this problem, so Johns Creek cannot try to say that this problem is normal. 5. A bulky crown that doesn't feel natural, as compared to the other nine crowns, from other dentists. 6. The gum line between those two molars bleeds very easily when I floss that area. I never had this problem with the bleeding before Johns Creek Dental Studio made this crown. I will strongly encourage everyone to stay away from Johns Creek Dental Studio!

I attempted contacting the V.A. For several months, to no avail. It's was very time consuming. Well I called the Doctors office to see if there was a possibility of me paying out of pocket. But after getting a warm introduction to Tina, she expressed deep concern with my Delima. She asked me to please let her try her skills at getting the ball moving. After letting her take the reins, Tina not only got the approval same day, but she also set me up for a visit for my crown work that same day. My previous dentist from North Decatur Dentistry ended up moving back to his hometown, so I had to…read morelook for another one as I had a chip in my tooth for a while that I've been neglecting. It's safe to say I found a great dentistry here. I was referred to this dentistry by my friend Fateemah, who knows the dentist at this practice, and also recommended her to my family as they preferred someone that spoke Spanish. My family said great things about the practice, so I decided to go for it. I called the office and was able to get an appointment very easily. I didn't know what exactly I needed done except for a cleaning, but the receptionist (sorry for not remembering your name) suggested for me to get X-rays taken, only if I knew when the last time it was done or if my insurance had records of it so that I knew it'd be covered by them. Luckily I had that information and knew it'd be covered. When I arrived, Nandi (spell check) was very sweet and professional when taking the X-rays, she made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout the whole process. My cleaning was done by Jessica. Five stars just for the cleaning! She was very thorough with the cleaning, going the extra mile to explain what she was doing and informing me of things that can negatively affect one's oral health. She reminded me so much of Fateemah, as she too was thorough when she did my cleaning. Jessica gave me tips on what kind of ingredient to look for in toothpaste to ensure I take good care of my teeth. After the cleaning, I met with Dr. Febo-Cuello to discuss the X-rays taken. She gave me the bad news of cavities, but assured me it's not that major. She also was able to give me a referral to another doctor for an implant, as I never got around to getting one after my extraction. She gave me good news that the chipped tooth could be filled in instead of going straight for a root canal, so I was happy about that! I went to her again for the fillings and I gotta say it was painless! Once the procedure was done, she even told me of the slight possibility of needing a root canal, should I have sensitivity on one of the tooth she filled in, but again, reassured me that that shouldn't be the case. To summarize this essay, I can safely say I was recommended to a great practice. Dr. Febo-Cuello and her team are amazing and I appreciate the thoroughness they all exhibited during my visits. I highly recommend them to anyone!
